Easter cards are still on the agenda, and I love Stampin’ Up’s floral image from the His Grace stamp set. I can’t believe this was my first time for using it!

Easter Blessings
First, I stamped the floral image in Mossy Meadow ink on a piece of Floral Romance DSP. The pattern I chose is a light, wood texture, that I thought would make a great background. I also stamped “Easter Blessings” from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set.
Next, I filled in the delicate leaves and flowers with Watercolor Pencils. The colors are: Granny Apple Green, Garden Green, Flirty Flamingo, and Daffodil Delight.
TIP: This was easy, but make sure your pencil points are sharp.

The cross was made with a die from the Cross of Hope die set, cut from the same Floral Romance DSP. I added some texture with the Subtle Textured embossing folder, and layered it for dimension.

I glued the cross to its background, and the background to the Sahara Sand card base, and I was finished with my clean & simple Easter card. Keep scrolling to see my short supply list. Just click on the pictures to shop at my store. Thank you!

My Easter card satisfies Laurie’s Tic Tac Toe challenge at the Paper Players this week. I chose the diagonal row: Easter, embossing, patterned paper.
Have you played Tic Tac Toe? It’s really fun, and I hope to see your creations at the Paper Players this week. Thank you for visiting me today, and now, check out all of the designer’s blogs for inspiration.
