When I saw the fun color challenge at Paper Players, I knew it was time to ink up Beautiful Peacock.
And, here she is:
Beautiful Peacock Sale-A-Bration Occasions 2018
I first stamped the Peacock in Garden Green, and carefully encased her in the special stamp inked with Lemon Lime Twist. Rather than fussy cutting her, I decided to use a square Stitched Shape die. It would have been fine to leave her flat, but I thought it would add some interest to raise her on dimensionals. We love those, right?
I stamped a bit of the Lemon Lime Twist swirl on her square, and the majority of the swirl on the cardstock that would remain flat. The same stamp was used for a Powder Pink Swirl..
The stamp set provided the sentiment, “Today is all about YOU!,” which I stamped in Garden Green.
