Grateful

I begin this Memorial Day weekend with a grateful heart.

Sitting in this wisteria covered gazebo with my soulmate. Eating sushi.

With a crazy, talking dog who constantly makes us laugh.

Looking at a view that God created. For the men and women who serve to keep our country safe. For me to have this life that I do.

Grateful, very grateful.

Daylilies

My yard is in bloom, and I grabbed my camera before the sun set yesterday. Daylilies are so pretty, I only wish they’d last more than a day. They are a reminder of how quickly time passes.

I had to go to my Young Living Virtual Office to remember how long I’ve been using essential oils. I signed up for the Starter Kit December 17, 2014. It doesn’t seem that long ago, and yet I can’t imagine my life without these amazing oils.

And then, Stampin’ Up entered the picture. I wanted to create an original Oil Recipe book. This was about a year and a half ago. I’m off to play tennis now, so more details to come later. Have a great day, and remember those daylilies only last one day!

A Blog is Born

What better day to begin a blog than my Birthday! Technically, it was two days ago, but I believe in long celebrations. Don’t you?

And so my blog begins, 68 years after precious Mama Heil gave birth to me.

My hope is to inspire and encourage healthy and creative lives for you, AND for me.

I want your comments. I need your participation. We can do this thing together!
