Endless Love for Stampin’ Fancy Friday

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month it’s a theme challenge, “for my love.”

I was excited to use new products for this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday card. I began by cutting a pattern of Love Notes Mix & Match Designer Paper with a large, Endless Love, heart die. Don’t you love the tiny holes around the edge?

Next, I glued the heart to another pattern of Love Notes Mix & Match DSP, which I cut with the largest Textured Notes Die. This layer was glued to a Garden Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Patti the panda, from the Big Little Things Stamp Set, thought this was a perfect background for her. She had already been featured on one of my cards, but she asked so nicely, I couldn’t say no. After I stamped her in Memento Black Ink, fussy cut her, and placed her on Dimensionals, she hopped on. That’s when she said she needed to say something, and there were perfect words in her stamp set to say, “love you.” So, I stamped the words in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used the Bee Builder Punch to make a speech bubble.

After attaching the speech bubble, Patti had just one more request; she wanted to hold a red heart. It was easy enough to cut the heart with an Endless Love Die, and I handed it to her on a Dimensional, completing “our” card. Patti was thrilled, and knows her person will feel very loved.

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month it is a sketch challenge.

The Brushed With Beauty Designer Paper is oh, so, pretty, and I used four patterns for the sketch. I began by cutting two patterns (horizontal stripe, 1 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ and floral, 2 3/4″ X 5 1/2″), and glued them to Very Vanilla Cardstock, 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″. After gluing, I used the largest Textured Notes Die for cutting. Then, I put Tear & Tape down the dividing line, and placed Mossy Meadow & Gold Trim on top, adhering it to the back. This was glued to a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Next, I used the third smallest Textured Notes Die to cut a pattern of Petal Pink, and the second smallest to cut the brown, dash pattern. These were glued together, and attached with Dimensionals. Then, I fussy cut the bouquet from the floral pattern, and attached it with Dimensionals.

“You’ve been on my mind”  is from the Words Of Beauty Stamp Set. I stamped it in Mossy Meadow Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock, used the smallest Textured Notes Die for cutting, glued the left half, and propped the right half with a Dimensional. To complete the design, I added three, Antique Pearls.

Splendid Autumn for Stampin’ Fancy Friday

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month’s challenge is “Regals Challenge.”

The “Regals Collection” is the Stampin’ Up! name for  a group of deep, rich colors. These colors are displayed beautifully in Splendid Autumn Designer Paper, which I used for my design.

By Su Mohr for Stampin' Fancy Friday; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Splendid Autumn DSP, Beautiful Motifs Dies, Thankful Garden Dies, Branching Out Dies, Traditional Sparkling Sequins Gathering Leaves Embossing, Irregular Weave Trim; #splendidautumn #beautifulmotifs #thankfulgarden #branchingout #minialphabet #sparklingsequins #gatheringleaves #irregularweavetrim #fall #regals #stampinfancyfriday #handmadecards #cardmaking

Regals Fall

I used four dies, from three sets (Beautiful Motifs, Thankful Garden, and Branching Out), to cut leaves and foliage from Splendid Autumn Designer Paper.

The background is Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, given texture with the Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder. Prior to embossing, I added a touch of color with a Blending Brush and Old Olive Ink. I also fastened Irregular Weave Trim along the left side. Then, I glued the layer to an Olive Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

After arranging and gluing the leaves and foliage, I created the word “FALL” with the Mini Alphabet Die. I attached letter-sized pieces of Old Olive Cardstock to pieces of Foam Adhesive Sheets. Then, laying the die on top, I rolled the letters through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Don’t you love the added dimension?  To complete my design, a touch of sparkle was given with Traditional Sparkling Sequins.

Joyful Days for Stampin’ Fancy Friday

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month’s challenge is “Sparkle & Shine.”

It’s always fun to add “Sparkle & Shine” to Christmas cards!  I began today’s card by Using Word Wishes Dies to cut “Merry Christmas” from gold, Textured Metallic Specialty Paper.  This die set has retired, but Words for the Season Dies are in the 2025 Holiday Catalog, available now.

By Su Mohr for Stampin' Fancy Friday; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Joyful Days Memories & More Card Pack, Words For The Season Dies, Peaceful Greenery Embossing Folder, Peace On Earth Dies, Traditional Sparkle Sequins; Textured metallic paper; #wordsfortheseason #joyfuldays #sparklesequins #peacefulgreenery #peaceonearth #sparkle&shine #stampin'fancyfriday #stampinup

“Sparkle & Shine”

For the background, I used a selection from Joyful Days Memories & More Card Pack, cut to 5 1/4″ X 4″. It was at the top of my list, because, there are 54 double-sided cards in this pack, and the artwork is amazing! It can be used for scrapbooking AND card making! After cutting, I embossed it with the Peaceful Greenery Embossing Folder.

Next, I used a Peace On Earth Die to cut the sentiment label from the scene of trees, as well as a piece of Vellum. Vellum was used to obscure the trees, so Merry Christmas would be clearly visible. Then, I glued the “border” to a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. After gluing “Merry Christmas” to the Vellum, I glued the Vellum to the trees label cut, and raised the label on Dimensionals.

For a bit more sparkle, I added three Traditional Sparkle Sequins in gold. Aren’t they pretty?

Just A Note for Stampin’ Fancy Friday

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month’s challenge is “In Color Spotlight.”

I used all five colors with 2025-2027 In Color Designer Paper to spell the word, “happy.” The letters were cut with the Mini Alphabet Die: h(Darling Duckling) a(Strawberry Slush) p(Timid Tiger) p(Cloud Cover) y(Secret Sea). A Foam Adhesive Sheet was used  for Dimension, adhering it to the designer paper, before rolling the letters through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

By Su Mohr for Stampin' Fancy Friday; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Just A Note Bundle, Choose Happy Stamp Set, Mini Alphabet Dies, Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder, Perennial Postage Dies; #justanote #choosehappy #minialphabetdies #minicorrugated embossing #stampinfancyfriday #notebookpaper #stampinup #handmadecards #cardmaking

Choose Happy

Next, I attached the letters to “notebook paper,” created with a Just A Note die, Basic White Cardstock, and a Just A Note stamp for the lines with Secret Sea Ink. Isn’t it adorable? I cut a second piece, from Secret Sea DSP, to layer behind it, and attached both with a paperclip. The paperclip was cut from Silver Foil, and isn’t it realistic?

“Choose” is from the Choose Happy Stamp Set, stamped in Secret Sea Ink, cut with a Perennial Postage Die. Before attaching”choose” with Dimensionals, I glued two arrows, cut with Just A Note Dies, from Secret Sea Cardstock. The background is Basic White Cardstock, given texture with the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder. This was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4.
