Stampin’ Fancy Friday Floral Delight Challenge

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month’s challenge is “Floral Delight.” We all love flowers, so let the show begin!

I couldn’t wait to feature the Coneflower Celebrations Bundle, a favorite from the new 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. Isn’t this large, 3D coneflower, sensational?

3D Coneflower

It was fun putting designer paper to work to cut the flower parts with Coneflower Celebrations Dies. The petals were cut from Beautiful Bokeh DSP, and the cone, stem, and leaves, were cut from Splendid Autumn DSP. After cutting, I glued the parts together, using a Dimensional on the “fold-over” piece for added dimension. And, the top petals were glued just beneath the cone, so they could lift.

The background is Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/2″, given texture with the Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder. This was glued to a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. 

“It’s your day!” is from the Coneflower Celebrations Stamp Set. I stamped it in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used an Unbounded Love Die for cutting. The same die was used a second time to cut the green border, from the designer paper as the stem and leaves. For additional texture, I placed three, Neutral Matte Dots on the sentiment label.
