I just had to see what the Large Letters looked like in the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper. They did not disappoint! Don’t you think they look like they are made of wood? I triple layered the letters to spell “MERRY” as before, and set them aside.

Extra Large Merry Christmas Wishes Card
A number of you were asking about the envelope I would use for the long cards, so I thought I would make a card that would fit that envelope size, 9 X 4 1/4″, exactly. This Garden Green card base measured 9″ X 8″, scored at 4″. I cut the Crumb Cake top layer a scooch (1/16″) smaller, so it would accommodate the pretty die cut detail on each end. This die is from the Carols of Christmas Bundle.
The pine tree in the Lovely As A Tree stamp set makes the most beautiful Christmas tree. I stamped one in Garden Green on each end, keeping a symmetrical look. I added some Dazzling Details Silver Sparkle to the trees, but Wink of Stella would work also. You have to get close, or have the right angle to see the subtle shine.
I stamped “Christmas Wishes” from the Merry Mistletoe stamp set in Chocolate Chip ink on Crumb Cake cardstock, and used a Stitched Shape oval die for cutting. The Watermelon Wonder Mini Striped Ribbon beneath it was wrapped around a piece of cardstock, and adhered with Tear Tape.
Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you’re enjoying the large alphabet as much as I am!
Thank you, Rosalie! I hope these dies stick around a while!
Thanks for sharing that card it is gorgeous, and as you demonstrate another use for those dies.
Oh my gosh, this is beautiful, and would also make a beautiful Topper for a scrapbook page, or a piece of
wall decor!! Love it!
Thank you, Jennifer! I’m having so much fun with these letters!
