The Ginkgo Branch Bundle is a favorite, and would look good in any color combination. The fun combination on today’s card is: Orchid Oasis. Parakeet Party, and Highland Heather.
Sparkling Ginkgo Branch
I began today’s card with an Orchid Oasis card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. This was topped with Basic White Cardstock, cut with the largest Deckled Rectangles Die. Prior to gluing it to the card base, I stamped the Ginkgo Branch, from the Ginkgo Branch Stamp Set, in Highland Heather Ink. Then, I sprayed the card front with Orchid Oasis Ink, by flicking the brush end of the Stampin’ Blend against the lid.
Next, I used the large, Ginkgo Branch Die to cut 2022-2024 In Color Glimmer Paper in Parakeet Party. This Glimmer Paper gives the colors a beautiful sparkle!
The last step was choosing a sentiment from the Ginkgo Branch Stamp Set. I stamped “thinking of you” in Orchid Oasis Ink on Thick Basic White Cardstock, used a Ginkgo Branch Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals. Then, I added three 2022-2024 In Color Matt Dots.
Also, I decided to decorate the envelope flap with Sun Prints Designer Paper, which is shown in the first photo. It’s easy to glue designer paper, 5 3/4″ X 2 1/4″ to the flap, and trim the excess with Paper Snips.
