Meant To Be is this week’s featured stamp set at What Will You Stamp?

This project began with a sheet of beautiful, Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper. All of these flowers were begging for a heart with a sentiment expressing love. I hadn’t made an “eclipse” card for a while, so I used a be Mine Stitched die to cut a heart from the floral DSP. While I was cutting, I used another die from the set to cut the numerous hearts across the bottom.

After cutting, I glued this holey DSP on a Sahara Sand card base. I thought about using Whisper White, but went with Sahara Sand to bring out the darker tones in the floral print. Next, I glued the cut-out piece with numerous hearts back in place. Then, I layered the large heart for thickness, added dimensionals, and placed it back in its spot. 

The sentiment is from the Meant To Be stamp set, which I stamped in Crumb Cake ink on Petal Promenade DSP. This is the reverse side of the floral paper, and looks like marble. So pretty! I used a smaller heart from the Be Mine Stitched die set for cutting, and it was layered for thickness. 

For a final touch, I added three Share What You Love Artisan Pearls.
