Paper Pumpkin Watercolor In Bloom Alternative

Here I am in the desert, away from my crafting supplies. But, I have the Watercolor In Bloom, Paper Pumpkin Kit from December 2025. I was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches, and needed to figure out a way to use the Paper Pumpkin Kit to mimic the sketch.

To begin, I used one of the nine card bases, to cut six rectangles. For sizing, one of the label pieces was used as a template, which I cut shorter to make the right length. Then, I turned a card base inside out, because I wanted a white background. Next, I attached the rectangles to the card front with Dimensionals that were included in the kit. Isn’t the blue and green color combination beautiful? I chose the sentiment from a stamp set in the kit, “you make me feel loved,” and stamped it on a label, using the Night Of Navy Ink Spot. Then, I cut the label narrower, and attached it with Dimensionals. To complete the design, I attached five flowers that were also in the kit. It’s so much fun making alternatives with Paper Pumpkin Kits!
