This fish is amazing, and caught my eye the first time I looked through the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog, page 12. I thought it would be beautiful in our Rainbow Glimmer Paper, so that’s what I used for cutting with its Sea Life Die. Interestingly, the die doesn’t cut the fish completely, but it was easy to snip free. This is my first time for using it, so maybe I will find out later the reasoning for its design.

Rainbow Glimmer Fish
I wanted the fish to stand out against white, so I used the largest Layering Circles Die to cut a circle from Basic White Cardstock. I glued the head and body of the fish to the circle, leaving its fins free. The durability of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper made this a great choice for the fish.
Next, I added water with a piece of Sand & Sea Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, and cut a hole in it, using the largest Layering Circles Die. Then, I glued this to a Night Of Navy card base (8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″), and glued the white circle inside the hole.
Prior to gluing, I stamped the bubbles and “thank you” in Night of Navy Ink; both from the Seascape Stamp Set.
Finally, I added the coral, created by using a Sea Life Die to cut from a red section of Sand & Sea Designer Paper.
Tic Tac Toe challenges are fun, and I chose the middle row down; circle, red, DSP. The diagonal row down would also work; blue, red, white.
