If you like punches, you’ll love the Tropical Leaf Bundle in “online exclusives.” Yes, this leaf was cut with a punch!

I began today’s card with a slimline card base, 7″ X 8 1/2″, folded at 3 1/2″, layered with Granny Apple Green, 3 1/4″ X 8 1/4″, topped with Basic White Cardstock, 3 1/8″ X 8 1/8″.

Tropical Leaf Slimline Card

Before gluing the top layer, I used a Tropical Leaf stamp to stamp the three, long stems. I also stamped “love you lots” and “XOXO” in Memento Black Ink. Then, I used a Basic Black Stampin’ Blend to give it a fine spray of black dots. I did this by flicking the brush end against the lid, but this will eventually ruin the tip of the brush. Now I have one just for this purpose.

Next, I stamped the tropical leaf in Daffodil Delight, Polished Pink, and Crushed Curry on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I stamped the leaf vein with the same colors.

Cutting the leaves from the paper came next, using the Tropical Leaf Punch, a punch lover’s delight! I glued one leaf flat, and raised two on Dimensionals.

For a final touch, I added three Fine Sparkle Gems. This slimline card will fit perfectly in our Slimline Envelopes, which I’m sad to say, are retiring. You can order them today, or at a discounted price when the sale begins April 4th, as long as supplies last. You can see the entire lists of retiring products below.

Place an order of $75.00 or more, before tax and shipping, and I will send you the Raindrops Embossing Folder in May.

There has been much excitement at Stampin’ Up!  Demonstrators were able to view the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalog, which goes “live” to customers May 2. Along with that was the Last Chance Products, which I can share with you now. The two lists include all of the retiring products from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog (click cover to view)…

and, the January to April 2023 Mini Catalog (click cover to view)

The lists are extra long, because this is a “color refresh” year, so the fifteen retiring colors, and their associated products (ink pads, re-inkers, cardstock, Stampin’ Blends, Stampin’ Write Markers, ribbons, embellishments) are listed. I’ve pictured the retiring colors below. These products are usually the first to sell out, so order asap.

The discounted prices are on the right side, but don’t go into effect until the sale begins on April 4. Purchases will be made between now and April 4. So, you need to decide if you’re willing to “take a chance.”

Additionally, I want to point out that there are bundles listed, but that doesn’t indicate the stamp set and dies are retiring. It means they will no longer be in a bundle with the 10% discount.

To make viewing easier, there is a plus mark at the top to enlarge the print. Also, I recommend having the catalogs in hand, because the lists are organized by page number.

Thank you for visiting. Have a great day!
