I had fun coloring the apples, leaves, and branch with Stampin’ Blends in three colors: Real Red, Granny Apple Green, and Soft Suede. Prior to coloring, I stamped the image in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used its Apple Blossoms Die for cutting.

Promoting Apple Blossoms Dies

The background was created with Basic White Cardstock, 3″ X 5 1/4″, given a textured pattern with the Stitched Greenery Die, and a detailed edge with an Apple Blossoms Die. This was backed with Brights 6″X 6″ Designer Paper in Granny Apple Green, showing a 5/16″ strip.

The card base is Shaded Spruce, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

The sentiment, “The greatest gift is a good friend,” is from the Apple Harvest Stamp Set. I stamped it in Shaded Spruce Ink, used another Apple Blossoms Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
