This project is a combination of not one, not two, but THREE challenges. The theme is Autumn Floral from Paper Players.
The colors of Cajun Craze, Tranquil Tide, and Rich Razzleberry are from Fab Friday.
The sketch is from CASE(E) this sketch.
You would think that with all of this input, there would be nothing left to decide. Not true. But, it did narrow my choices, and I saw a picture in my mind of the end result.

I began with a Tranquil Tide card base topped with a piece of Wood Texture Designer Series Paper embossed by the Hexagon embossing folder. I chose a lighter shade of the Wood Texture DSP for the diagonal strip in the sketch. I layered this on cardstock for strength, and used an Eclectic Layers die to cut a trellis for my flowers.

The flowers and leaves, also from Eclectic Layers, were die cut from Thick Very Vanilla cardstock. I used my Aqua Painter, swiping the brush across the Rich Razzleberry ink pad, and coloring the two flowers. I turned up the edges of the flowers while they were still damp, and let them dry. The same coloring method was used for the Tranquil Tide leaves.
You’ll never guess where I found the Cajun Craze blossoms. I used a Detailed Floral Thinlits Die on a prior project, and couldn’t toss these cute, little cut-outs. They became part of my Autumn Bouquet, and I was glad I saved them. I know hoarders understand.

I glued the flowers and leaves to the front of the trellis, and carefully placed dimensionals on the back where they would be hidden.

The final detail was the wooden “THANKS” sign from The At Home With You set.

Thank you to the designers of all three challenges for your inspiration! This 3 in 1 really was a challenge!
