For this week’s Global Design Project, we get to CASE (copy and selectively edit) Ann Alexander’s beautiful card.

See how our designers “cased” Ann, then join in the fun, and add your design to our gallery.

I began with a Copper Clay card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. This was layered with gorgeous, All About Autumn Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″. Then, I cut two branches from Early Espresso Cardstock, using an Autumn Leaves Die, and glued them in place.

“I’m thankful”

Next, I cut five leaves from Autumn Leaves Designer Paper, using Autumn Leaves Dies.

“I’m thankful” is from the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set, stamped in Early Espresso Ink on All About Autumn Designer Paper. After stamping, I used an Autumn Leaves Die for cutting, layered it for thickness, and attached it with Dimensionals. Prior to attaching the sentiment label, I glued three leaves to the edge.

To complete the card, I attached two more leaves, and three Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins.
