Warm sunny days and sunflowers go together, don’t you think? The Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle has wonderful stamps and dies to keep your card making mojo going strong! You can see the complete bundle by clicking on the photo in my Product List below.

Sunflower Thanks
I began with a So Saffron card base (8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″). This Subtle yellow is a shade lighter than the yellow I planned to use for the sunflower
The sunflower was created with two Sunflowers Dies. The outline die was used to cut the 2020-2022 In Color 6X6 Designer Paper, in dotted Bumblebee. And, the detailed die was used to cut Brushed Metallic Paper, which I placed on top of the dots. I turned the Brushed Metallic petals until they matched the dotted paper, and glued just the circular portion, leaving the petals free.
The three leaves were cut from Whisper White Cardstock, matching the Whisper White layer (4″ X 5 1/4″), that I embossed with the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.
I glued the leaves flat, except for the tips, and attached the sunflower with Dimensionals.
“Thanks a bunch” is in the Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp Set, stamped in Soft Suede Ink, and cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die (3″ X 1″). I was happy the sentiment fit so perfectly, and attached it with Dimensionals. Three 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots were added to complete my “thank you” card.
This picture gives you a better idea of the beauty of the Brushed Metallic Paper.
I was inspired by the Paper Players, and ended up completing all but two of the squares!

I loved this card do much that I had to make it. I did it in Misty Moonlight with the in color DSP (polka dots) and Misty Moonlight CS but used a birthday sentiment. It’s not as shiney as yours but it did turn out pretty. Love all your ideas.
Beautiful card. Love your brushed metallic sunflower layer. TFS

Adorable, Su! I LOVE the dotted Bumblebee paper you used for the flower…too cute! It pairs so well with the Brushed Metallics paper. So many perfect details. Thank you for playing in my Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge at The Paper Players!
