If you like birds on cards, you’re going to love this new set in the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog, Feathered Fun. It’s a “reversible” stamp set, which means you can color the images by stamping on the reverse side of the stamp; the same stamp that you use for the outline. But, for today’s card, I stamped the heart-shaped birds in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored with Stampin’ Blends: Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, Real Red, and Pumpkin Pie.
Feathered Fun
For the background, I used Basic White Cardstock, given texture with the Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder. Don’t you love this new embossing folder? Prior to gluing the layer to a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, I stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow Ink. “My heart goes out to you” is from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set.
Before attaching the birds with Dimensionals, I added color and texture with a pretty branch. The branch was cut with a Beautiful Motif Die from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock. This die will be getting MUCH use!

The Scenic Adventure Bundle is great for masculine cards, and it’s now available in Online Exclusives. Click on the link below to see all of the new products available in Online Exclusives. I began today’s card by using two Scenic Adventure Dies to cut the mountains from Perennial Lavender Designer Paper.
Purple Mountains
Next, I used a Scenic Adventure Die to cut the row of Shaded Spruce trees from Perennial Lavender DSP.
The frame was cut with a Gallery Blooms Die from Perennial Lavender DSP. The mountains, trees, and frame were attached with Dimensionals to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. “Thinking of you” is from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped it in VersaMark on Perennial Lavender DSP, and sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder. After setting it with the Heat Tool, I used its Wonderful Thoughts Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.

This week’s Global Design Project is a theme challenge: “baby.” I chose Storybook Moments for my baby card, and used the second largest Textured Notes Die to cut this adorable, designer paper.

Next, I used the largest Textured Notes Die to cut Basic Beige Cardstock. After gluing the two together, I glued them to a Basic Beige card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. The darling, bunny was cut from another sheet of Storybook Moments Designer Paper with its Storybook Friends Die.
“Welcome little one” is from the Storybook Friends Stamp Set. I stamped it in Crumb Cake Ink on Basic Beige Cardstock, and used the smallest Textured Notes Die for cutting. After layering the bunny for thickness, I glued him to the sentiment label, and attached it to the card front with Dimensionals. I added three, Antique Pearls as a final touch, to this very simple card.

This is my first 5X7″ card (actually, 7X5″), and I’m thrilled to work with this size! I don’t know why I waited so long! To create the card base, I cut 8 1/2 X 11″ Cardstock to 7 X 10″ and folded at 5″. The leftover pieces are 1 X 8 1/2″, and 11 X 1 1/2″, large enough for future projects.
First 5X7″ Card
Only two more days until you can order this fabulous, Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection! I had so much fun using the Gallery Blooms Dies to cut the foliage from the Beautiful Gallery Designer Paper. It provided the gorgeous colors that you see in my “painting.”
The “canvas” is also Beautiful Gallery DSP, 5″ X 3 1/4″, glued behind the frame. The frame was cut from Basic Beige Cardstock with another Gallery Blooms Die. After gluing the two together, I placed it on Dimensionals. The background is Woven Textures Designer Paper, 6 7/8″ X 4 7/8″, glued to the card base.
I signed the “painting” with Early Espresso Ink on the designer paper. “Hi Friend,” is a sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set, which I cut with its Wonderful Thoughts Die, and glued it in place.
