How cute are these chocolate Easter bunnies from the Easter Basket Bundle! The arch- shaped card base makes this a fun fold, so let’s start there. To create the card base, I lined up the largest, Everyday Arches die just over the fold of a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Then, I used the third largest Everyday Arches die to cut Basic White Cardstock, which I colored with Balmy Blue Ink and a Blending Brush. Before gluing the layer to the card base, I stamped “Happy Easter,” from the Easter Basket Stamp Set, in Balmy Blue Ink.

Chocolate Bunnies
Next, I used Easter Basket Dies to cut the basket from Thick Basic White Cardstock. The set comes with a die that cuts tiny strips of cardstock to weave through the basket, which I cut from Lemon Lolly and Pretty In Pink. They are held in place by Dimensionals on the back.

The scalloped edge on the basket was cut from Basic White Cardstock, and the bow was cut from Lemon Lolly Cardstock, and both were glued flat. I stamped the bunnies in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored them with a Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blend. The eggs were stamped in Balmy Blue Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored with Lemon Lolly and Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends. To complete the card, I arranged the bunnies and eggs with tiny dots of glue, and attached the entire piece with more Dimensionals.

Welcome to the Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Fun Folds Blog Hop. There’s a lineup below to make it easy for you to hop along. This month’s fun fold is an Easter card, using the easy, book binding technique.

Book Binding Technique
I began by cutting 8 1/2″ X 11″ Thick Basic White Cardstock in half at 4 1/4″. Then, I scored the 11″ X 4 1/4″ cardstock at 5 1/2″ and 6 1/2″. After folding and burnishing, I glued the 1″ section to the 5 1/2″ section. For the “binding” and “cover,” I used the front and back of one sheet of Lovely & Beautiful Designer Paper. The binding is 7/8″ X 4 1/8″, and the cover is 4 3/8″ X 4 1/8″. I stamped “Happy Easter” in Calypso Coral Ink, on the binding, before gluing it in place. This sentiment is from the Easter Basket Stamp Set.

The bunny, also from the Easter Basket Stamp Set, was stamped in Crumb Cake Ink Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I gave him a touch of pink with a Stampin’ Blend, used an Easter Basket Die for cutting, and attached him with Dimensionals. The sign is from the Help Me Grow Bundle. I stamped “hello” in Peach Pie Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used a Help Me Grow Die for cutting. After the backing was cut from Lovely & Beautiful DSP, with a Help Me Grow Die, I glued the sign together and attached it with Dimensionals.

Now, you can see the inside of the card. I used a Beautifully Celebrated Die to cut the frame from another pattern of Lovely & Beautiful Designer Paper. And, I used the same die to cut Basic White Cardstock to fill in the middle of the frame. There’s plenty of room for a personal Easter message.

Welcome to the Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Fun Folds Blog Hop. There’s a lineup below to make it easy for you to hop along. This month’s fun fold is showing off Cute As A Bug Designer Paper and Sweet Bugs Dies. I really like this fun fold design, because it has a “wow” factor, but it’s very easy!

Cute As A Bug Fun Fold
I began with a card base of Mossy Meadow, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, scored on the long side, 3″, 6″, and 7 1/4″, and folded. The top piece is 3″ X 8 1/2″, scored on the long side at 4 1/4″, and folded in half.

After cutting and folding, I glued Sweet As A Bug Designer Paper to the front of the card base: 5 1/4″ X 2 3/4″ and 5 1/4″ X 1″. Then, I glued a different pattern of Cute As A Bug Designer Paper to the front of the top piece, 2/3/4″ X 4″. When gluing the top piece to the card base, I glued only the portion that touches the card base, while laying folded, and flat, to insure the edges were even. I also added Basic White Cardstock to the inside, 5 1/4″ X 2 3/4″, for a personal message.

“You make my heart buzz” is from the Be Mine Stamp Set, stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I used an Endless Love Die for cutting the heart. The flowers and bee were cut from Cute As A Bug DSP with Sweet Bugs Dies, and all were attached with Dimensionals. I like the way the flowers fit the shape of the heart. For extra pizazz, I added three Ladybug Epoxy Shapes. Can you find the third one, hidden on a leaf?

Welcome to the Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Fun Folds Blog Hop. There’s a lineup below to make it easy for you to hop along. My Fun Fold this month will give you a sneak peek of the Lovely Arrangements Suite, an Online Exclusive, available January 6, 2026.

Lovely Arrangements Fun Fold
I began with Cloud Cover Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 11″, cut in half, 4 1/4″ X 11″. One half was scored: 2″, 3 3/4″, 7 1/4″, and 9″. The other half was cut 4 1/4″ X 4″ and 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″, with one piece remaining.

First, I decided the front would be a gorgeous pattern of Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper. This was cut 3 3/4″ X 4″ and glued to the Cloud Cover Cardstock piece, 4″ X 4 1/4″. Second, I fussy cut an oval with flowers from Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper, and attached it with Dimensionals to the front. Then, I stamped “Happy Birthday,” from the Lovely Arrangements Stamp Set, in Secret Sea Ink on Basic White Cardstock. After cutting with its Lovely Arrangements Die, I glued it in place.

Next, I cut two pieces of Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper, 3/4″ X 4″, in a ticking pattern. These were glued to the ends of Cloud Cover Cardstock, 5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″. By gluing these first, it helps center the long, scored piece, which I glued in place. See how they show when the card is folded flat?

After gluing a third piece of ticking, Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper, 1 3/4″ X 4″, to the right side of the front fold, comes the trickiest part. I glued the floral panel to the left side of the front fold, so it overlapped the right side, Making sure to only glue half the panel. It opens to reveal the center, where I layered Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper, 3 1/4″ X 4″, with Basic White Cardstock, 3″ X 3 3/4″.

Let’s call this month’s Fun Fold a “diamond flap.” Peggy Noe shared it as “mystery stamping” during our monthly zoom meeting. I knew I couldn’t go wrong with the fabulous, Brushed With Beauty products, and began with a Petal Pink card base, 8 1/2″ X 4 1/4″, scored at 3″. Then, I cut a pattern of Brushed With Beauty Designer Paper, 2 3/4″ X 4″, and glued it to the front flap.

Diamond Flap Fun Fold
Next, I cut Petal Pink Cardstock 2 3/4″ X 2 3/4″, and Very Vanilla Cardstock, 2 1/2″ X 2 1/2″, and glued them together. To decorate the square I used a Petals Of Beauty Die to cut leaves from Brushed With Beauty DSP, and glued it to the square. I also stamped a Petals Of Beauty flower in Petal Pink on Basic White Cardstock, used a Petals Of Beauty Die for cutting, attached it with Dimensionals, and added three Pearls Of Beauty to the center. Then, I turned the square into a diamond, and attached it to the flap with Dimensionals, making sure the Dimensionals were on the left side of the diamond.

“It’s your birthday” is from the Words of Beauty Stamp Set. I stamped it in Mossy Meadow on Very Vanilla Cardstock, used its Words Of Beauty Die for Cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.

For the inside, there is Very Vanilla Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″, stamped with “I think you’re amazing” in Mossy Meadow Ink. The petals were stamped in Petal Pink on Basic White Cardstock, cut with its Petals of Beauty Die, and glued in place. I hope you’ll have fun creating with this simple “diamond flap” design.

I’ve been making my favorite gift card holder for so many years, it has become a tradition. It’s fun to change the look by using new products. This year I’m using products from the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Suite. You can see the entire suite in my Product List below.

Elegant Pines Gift Card Holders
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut 8 1/2″ X 11″ cardstock into one piece that is 7 3/4″ X 10″. With the 7 3/4 side at the top, score at 6″ and 2 1/2″. Then, on the 10″ side, cut in half at 5″, making two gift card holders.
It helps to have the right tools, and Stampin’ Up’s Paper Trimmer is my favorite for measuring, cutting, and scoring. I took this photo last year.

To decorate the gift card holders, cut two pieces of Designer Series Paper: The bottom front is 4 3/4″ X 2 1/4″. The top front is 4 3/4″ X 1 1/2″.
Cut one piece of Basic White Cardstock for the sentiment on the inside, 4 3/4″ X 1 1/2″.
Use a circle punch, or die, to make a finger slot in the middle of the bottom front.
Attach a piece of Tear & Tape to each side of the bottom (inside), and close, sealing your pocket.

Cut the bands 7 3/4″ X 1″. Score at 6 1/8″ and 2 1/2″. You want that extra 1/8 inch on the scoring, so the band will slide off and on easily. Glue the band with the attached edge in front, which keeps the back looking smooth and pretty.
Decorate the bands with snowflakes cut with a Detailed Pines Die from Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Paper. After adding cardstock for thickness, glue the snowflake to the band, covering the attached edge.
