I’ve never been duck hunting, but this is what I imagine it would be like. I say this qualifies as a masculine card, and most likely will be for a birthday.

Dragonflies

My marshy scene came about , because of the challenge at Fusion. You can see I used the sketch, as well as the theme, “dragonfly,” and even the colors.

I began with a card base of Old Olive Cardstock, followed by a layer of Coastal Cabana, and a top layer of Pear Pizzazz. The marsh was created with Perennial Essence Designer Paper, cut with a Friendly Silhouettes Die.

Then, I used the largest Layering Circles Die to cut a circle of Coastal Cabana Cardstock, and cut the marsh to fit within the circle.

“Enjoy the Little things” is from the Friends Like You Stamp Set, stamped in Old Olive Ink on Pear Pizzazz Cardstock. The smallest Layering Circles Die was used for cutting, which I placed in position, matching the sketch.

Before placing the two circles on Dimensionals, I stamped the two dragonflies from the Friend Like You Stamp set in Bermuda Bay Ink.

I appreciate you visiting today! Keep scrolling to see my Product List. Remember to “enjoy the little things.”
