It’s time for another Rudolph Christmas card, and I couldn’t resist using the “eclipse” technique.

Believe
With the Detailed Deer Die Set, this card was simple to make.
I cut Rudolf from a piece of the 6X6 Feels Like Frost Designer Paper. Then, I layered him for thickness, and placed him on Dimensionals in his “hole.” He is matching the surrounding landscape, which created the “eclipse.”

I stamped “believe” right on Rudolph in Blueberry Bushel Ink to match the card base. “Believe” is one of many great sentiments in the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set. You can see all of them by clicking on the picture in my Product List below.
The last detail was adding a few Snowflake Sequins to the snowy scene, a new product in the Holiday 2019 Catalog.

I was inspired by CAS(E) this sketch.
Thank you for paying Rudolf a visit! All you have to do is “believe.”
Don’t forget, the 24 Hour Stamp Sale starts tomorrow, October 23, 12:01 MT. Click on the flashing 15% to see the list. It’s amazing!

Thank you, Leanne! I think you must!
I love this technique, Su. Card very pretty. What dI’d you use for layering the deer – seems quite thick.
Hi Monika, it’s just one layer of cardstock, then raised on Dimensionals. You are seeing the card base beneath, which makes it look thicker. Thank you!
Thanks for the quick response.
Love this beautiful card, Su. The eclipse in this paper is awesome! Have a wonderful day!
Thank you, Hilda! I appreciate your nice comment!
