Today’s card was designed for the Piccadilli Players. We are 2024 Artisan Design Team Members who wanted to keep our group together for quarterly Instagram hops. The theme for this hop is the new 2026-2028 In Colors, which posted on Instagram Friday, June 26. For my design I’m sharing the Summer Happiness Bundle, a favorite from the new Online Exclusives, available today! Click the link below to see all of the new, July Online Exclusives! The flip-flops are so cute in the five, new, In Colors, and they fit nicely across a slimline card. To create the slimline card base, I cut Thick Basic White Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 7″, folded at 3 1/2″. This was layered with Basic White Cardstock, 8 1/4″ X 3 1/4″, embossed with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder. 

In Color Flip-flops

The flip-flops were cut with Summer Happiness Dies from Bloom Boutique Designer Paper. The toe thongs were cut from In Color Pearlized Specialty Paper, adding a bit of shine. I attached the flip-flops with Dimensionals, lining them up on the embossed plaid. The five colors are: Peaceful Pine, Hydrangea Hue, Barely Blush, Crisp Cantaloupe, and Golden Glow.

Prior to embossing, and gluing the layer, I stamped “Summer Adventures” in Memento Black Ink. This sentiment is in the Summer Happiness Stamp Set. As a final touch, I added In Color Butterflies in each of the five colors.
