It’s easy to design a Christmas card around the beautiful trees in the Peaceful Evergreens Stamp Set. I began by stamping the trees in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and cutting the large tree with its Peaceful Evergreens Die. Then, I cut the row of trees with a Deckled Rectangles Die (2 1/2″ X 4″), and embossed it with the Snowflake Sky Embossing Folder. Prior to embossing, I stamped the sentiment with Mossy Meadow Ink. “Joy & Love To You” is from the Peaceful Season Stamp Set.
Peaceful Evergreens
The background is Iconic Celebrations Designer Paper in a wonderful plaid, 4″ X 5 1/4″. I glued this to a Thick Basic White card base 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. After attaching the large tree, and embossed piece, my “easy” Christmas card was almost complete.
On the inside I stamped, “wishing you all the things that warm your heart and lift your spirits,” from the Peaceful Season Stamp Set. The branch and berries are from the Golden Greenery Stamp Set.
