Sale-A-Bration will end March 31, and I really don’t want you to miss out on two great items: Thoughtful Blooms Stamp Set, and Small Bloom Punch. I used both on today’s “thank you” card.

Small Bloom Thank You
I began with a Thick Whisper White card base, embossing the front with the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder. I was excited to use the new, So Very Vellum DSP, a Sale-A-Bration, “Second Release” item. It comes in three super colors that are embossed, which you can see in my Product List. I cut a strip of Purple Posy Vellum, 2″ X 5 1/2″, and backed it with Purple Posy Cardstock, 2 1/4″ X 5 1/2″.
TIP: Use tiny dots of Liquid Glue behind the vellum’s  embossed dots to keep the glue from being visible.
Next, I stamped the flowers in Melon Mambo (full strength, and stamped off) and Highland Heather ink (stamped off), and cut with the Small Bloom Punch. The leaves are from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set, stamped in Granny Apple Green Ink, and cut with the Leaf Punch.
Finally, I used two Stitched Shapes Dies to cut the Thick Whisper White circle, and rim of Purple Posy.Â
“Thank you” is from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink. I dotted the blooms with Black Jewels (retired) for a bit more black.
Can you see how I “CASED” the designer at Global Design Project?

This is so pretty Su. Love the colors. The die cut frame with the cute flowers around it is perfect. TFS
Thank you, JoAnn! I appreciate your nice comment!
Great card, Su! Love the texture on the panel in front of the brick… good representation of lattice! Already pinned for a future CASE. 🙂
Thank you, Katy! I’m so glad you like it!
I love seeing and anticipate each card you create. Every card exhibits thoughtful creativity and many wonderful techniques. Question—how do you store your stamps because you seem to know just what stamp set has the exact image you need. I forget what stamps have what, especially if they are an older set. I often wonder if anyone has developed a categorization of stamps that give you a Birdseye view of where to look for what. Do you know of any such chart. If so, please let me know. I will continue to anticipate your next creation. Thanks for always sharing your beautiful cards with all of us!
Thanks so much for the nice compliment, Felicia! I know that Demonstrators have talked about organizing their stamps, but I don’t have the information. I have my Annual Catalog stamp sets in alphabetical order, current ones only, and the Mini Catalog/Sale-A-Bration in a separate stack, no order. Since I’m constantly blogging and working with them, I’m able to remember. But, I don’t try to keep track of things beyond a year, so that makes it possible. I’m very happy to share, and so glad you enjoy my cards.
Thanks Su for your speedy response. Now that I’m stuck in the house, maybe I’ll try to sort through my stamp sets and figure out a system for charting card categories. Thanks again.
I stalk your blog on a regular basis, but had to comment on this beauty. LOVE this card! Can’t wait to get my sale-a-bration vellum (that I originally thought I didn’t want LOL). TFS
Kudos from a fellow demonstrator, Jean ~
It’s fun to have you as a stalker, Jean, thank you! You’ll be glad you got the vellum!
A lovely card, I had to revamp my order with my demo as I couldn’t get the Poppy Suite in one fell swoop and I wanted these two things from Saleabration. Hopefully I will be able to get the dies for the Poppy Site later. Thank you for sharing this card.
Thank you, Sherlie! Yes, it’s a shame the Poppy dies aren’t available right now, because they are a favorite. We can find other favorites!
