For Jaydee’s Clean and Simple challenge, I used minimal supplies to make it a #simplestamping project.
You can follow along with my video recording below.

#simplestamping
I selected the “Distinktive” succulent stamp from the Painted Seasons stamp set, and six colors of ink for stamping: Poppy Parade, Grapefruit Grove, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, Pool Party, and Highland Heather. I stamped the succulent, forming a rainbow, across Whisper White cardstock, cleaning the stamp on my Stampin’ Scrub between colors. The dots were added with a second stamp from Painted Seasons.
“You are wonderful” is from the Rooted in Nature stamp set, which I stamped in Black ink.
My “one layer” was adhered to its Thick Whisper White card base with Snail Adhesive, and was the fastest card I’ve made in a long time. But, I like the results, and it would be great for a beginner.
Here goes my embarrassing video. I promise to work on my camera placement!
I appreciate you visiting! The supplies I used today are in my Product List below. Clicking on the pictures will take you to my store for purchasing. The Painted Seasons stamp set is a FREE item with a 50.00 order. Don’t wait, because it’s no longer available after March 31st.

I truly love your presentation! You describe every step clearly. I could listen to your voice for hours. You have a gift! Thank you. I will be watching you again.
You are too kind, Sandy! I haven’t made many videos, but you may be talking me into it.
I’ve always wondered what the attraction of stamping was and after seeing your beautiful card., I totally understand. Thank you so much for sharing.

Su, I love the repeated flower done with rainbow colors – they really pop off that wonderful white background. I love the bold sentiment, too. Congrats on your fist video! Thank you for rocking my challenge this week with this floral beauty

Love the card so much I tried making one too. Mine did not turn out as pretty as yours. Where my colors overlapped they got a bit muddy. Any tips on how to keep the colors from doing that? I used the same ones you did. Your video was great – very clear and good information. Thanks for all the work you put into it. Looking forward to the next one.
Hi Robin, I’m happy you gave it a try. My tips would be to make sure the stamp is clean, and don’t overlap too much. If you used the colors in the same order I did, I can’t think of another reason why they would muddy. Thanks for letting me know.
Su, this is lovely! I love the beautiful rainbow of flowers. CAS perfection! XX
Awesome card Su! These 6 colors just flow together with that flower or succulent stamp!
Lovely card Su – the overlapping blooms make a pretty feature (love the rainbow effect, would have worked for last week’s challenge too!) and the black sentiment is the perfect finishing touch. A great one layer card!
Beautiful! I LOVE the rainbow blooms…so pretty!
Such a pretty card, Su! The bold sentiment looks fabulous with the colored images!
