Snowman Says Merry Christmas

Snowmen are wonderful, and I love them as the theme on Christmas cards.

Christmas Snowman

This snowman is from the Snowman Seasons Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink on Whisper White Cardstock. There’s a touch of shading with a Light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend, and Dark Pumpkin Pie for his carrot nose.

I kept his Whisper White background simple, with a layer of Wrapped In Plaid DSP, cut with Stitched Nested Labels Dies.

The Thick Whisper White card base has a layer of Whisper White Cardstock that I embossed with the Eyelet Lace Embossing Folder.

“Merry Christmas” is from the Snowman Seasons Stamp Set, stamped in Shaded Spruce Ink, and fussy cut. Do you think this snowman will melt in sunny San Diego? Nope, he has those Snowflake Sequins to keep him chilled.

The bow is from last year’s 2018 Holiday catalog, adding a touch of red. I used Tear & Tape to attach it securely.

I use tiny (pin dots) of Tombow’s Liquid Glue. Picking the sequins up with the “Take Your Pick” tool works really well, and then I use a pin to release them.
