Once again, I find myself using the fabulous tree from the Sweet Silhouettes die set.

Tree of thanks
Today’s card was inspired by TGIF’s challenge, “all on black.”
The challenge determined the Basic Black Cardstock background, which I layered on a Soft Suede card base. There is wood textured paper in the Pressed Petals Designer Paper collection that I thought would make a good tree, and I used the Sweet Silhouettes die for cutting.
To add some color, I made blossoms with a Bouquet Bunch die, and another piece of the Pressed Petals DSP. Using the DSP this way, gives the blossoms a nice variation of color.
All that remained was the sentiment, which I found in the Well Written die set. I cut “thanks” from another piece of Pressed Petals Designer Paper, and my “all on black” card was complete.
Thank you for stopping by to check out my “tree of thanks.” Keep scrolling to see my short, “ink-free” Product List.Â
