Meet Cupcake, from the Fluffiest Friends Stamp Set, an online exclusive. She was so happy to finally be featured on a card, and very helpful with her suggestions. She thought Crumb Cake fur would be the most flattering, and her cupcake should have Bubble Bath frosting, with a Real Red cherry on top. Plus, she wanted the paper wrapping the cupcake to sparkle, and said I should use Wink Of Stella. Wasn’t that a good idea?
Cupcake the Bunny
Next, Cupcake wanted to sit in a circle, which I cut from Basic White Cardstock with the 5th smallest Deckled Circles Die. We found the perfect sentiment in the Beautiful Balloons Stamp Set, “Let’s get our celebration on.” The circle behind the white circle was cut from Most Adored Designer Paper with the 8th smallest Deckled Circles Die. And, this was layered on Crumb Cake Cardstock, cut with the 9th smallest deckled Circles Die. I think she got her wish to sit in a circle!
Once the circles were attached together, I glued them to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Prior to gluing, I embossed the card base with the Stripes Embossing Folder.
To complete Cupcake’s card, she said I needed to add three flowers from Adhesive Backed Hearts & Flowers. This really made her smile!

I love alphabet dies! The Mini Alphabet set is unusual, because the letters are attached, but cut out separately. I cut the words, “Happy Birthday,” from my favorite Sale-a-bration Designer Paper, Flight & Airy. The words were elevated by using Foam Adhesive Sheets; a technique that gives smaller die-cuts wonderful dimension.

For the background, I used the largest Perennial Postage Die (another favorite) to cut Basic White Cardstock. Doesn’t it give a fabulous border?
After cutting, I added color with Bubble Bath and Fresh Freesia Inks. The inks were applied with a Blending Brush over an Artistic Mix Decorative Mask. I also stamped some Fresh Freesia dots, using an Irresistible Blooms Stamp. This was glued to Flight & Airy DSP, that was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Next, I fussy cut the bird, also from Flight & Airy DSP, and attached her with Dimensionals. After attaching the letters and three Tinsel Gems, my card was complete.
I love feeling the raised letters, and this may be the birthday card my husband gives me this year. Hee Hee.

The Filled With Happiness Stamp Set is in the new, January-April 2024 Mini Catalog, available January 4th. It’s a special set, because it comes with the coordinating, Modern Oval Punch. Everyone loves punches!
I began by stamping the image in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and coloring with Stampin’ Blends in four colors: Boho Blue, Tahitian Tide, Granny Apple Green, and Melon Mambo. Then, I used the Modern Oval Punch for cutting, which punched away the words.
Filled With Happiness
Next, I used the second largest Perennial Postage Die to cut Basic White Cardstock, and stamped the same image a second time. Then, I attached my colored oval on Dimensionals, elevating it above the curved words.
Beneath the white layer is Granny Apple Green cardstock, cut with the largest Perennial Postage Die. The layers are glued to a Boho Blue card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
I love how the Modern Oval Punch makes it easy to raise the center of the design, don’t you!

Today’s card is my first creation with this set, which I think is great for masculine cards.
I began with a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, layered with Mossy Meadow Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. Before gluing, I used a Garden Meadow Die to cut the arc in the center. Then, I used the same die to cut a pattern of Hello Irresistible Designer Paper to fill in the arched space.
Planted Paradise
Next, I stamped the pots and plants in five colors of Ink: Cajun Craze, Copper Clay, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, and Granny Apple Green.
After stamping, I fussy cut the pots and plants, added a little glue, and attached them with Dimensionals.
“Happy Birthday” is from the Translucent Florals Stamp Set, stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink. Don’t you think this card is suitable for a man?

As soon as I saw the sketch (below), I knew I would be using the “online exclusive” stamp set, Simply Sparkling. I created the bubbles with one of my favorite techniques, stenciling.
Extra Bubbly
First, I cut three squares of Vellum, 3″ X 3″, from which I cut three circles, using Stylish Shapes Dies in three sizes. The “see through” Vellum allowed me to see where I was placing the overlapping bubbles.
The bubbles were stamped in Pool Party Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. I used a Small Blending Brush to apply the ink, in a circular motion. Then, I glued this layer to a Bubble Bath card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
For the sentiment, I stamped “extra bubbly” in Pool Party Ink on one of the large bubbles. And, “happy birthday” was stamped in Memento Black Ink, which was cut with the medium Stylish Shapes Die. Beneath “birthday wishes” is a strip of Basic White Cardstock, 3 7/8″ X 7/8″, stamped with Bubble Bath bubbles, glued to Bubble Bath Cardstock, 4″ X 1″.
The stamped bubbles and words are from the Simply Sparkling Stamp Set, and the strip and circle are attached with Dimensionals.
A bit more sparkle was added with Pastel Adhesive-backed Sequins.
