Aloha! I hope this pineapple brings you some cheer! This Tropical Oasis Designer Paper gives me a warm, happy feeling, and today I’m choosing to be happy, in spite of the quarantines surrounding us.

Aloha Pineapple
First, I layered the tropical fruit DSP on a Thick Whisper White card base. Next, I used my Paper Trimmer and Banner Triple Punch to make a Whisper White, banner, 2″ wide. This punch is great for making three sizes of banners with perfectly cut ends. Click on it in my Product List for more details.
Before gluing the banner to the card front, I embossed it with the Coastal Weave Embossing Folder. The Coastal Weave Embossing Folder happens to be my Host Code gift to you for the month of April! See details below.
I created the pineapple with In The Tropics Dies, and Tropical Oasis Designer Paper. Isn’t it sweet?
A third die from the same set was used to cut “aloha,” and I tied it to the pineapple with Linen Thread. I layered all three die-cuts for thickness; the pineapple with Whisper White, and “aloha” with Soft Suede.
My inspiration was from the Global Design Project challenge.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope this adds a little cheer to your day.
The Coastal Weave Embossing Folder is my Host Code gift for April. When you place a $50.00 minimum order in April, I will send you the embossing folder in May. Don’t forget to type my Host Code ( JQT3MUZN ) in the box provided.
