Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! Ready to sprinkle some holiday magic into your crafting this season? This month’s theme, Season’s Greetings, is all about celebrating the joy of handmade creations. The Stampin’ Pretty Pals have come together to share festive cards and paper craft ideas using our favorite Stampin’ Up! products — each project designed to inspire your creativity and help you capture the spirit of the season.

I used just one stamp set, and one die set, for today’s Fun Fold card: A Child Is Born, and Everyday Arches. The basic design of my Fun Fold card is a Z Fold, with arches added to the card base.

“For unto us a child is born”

This Z Fold card base was cut from Basic White Cardstock,12″ X 2 3/4″, scored at 4″ and 8 “. Then, I used the largest Everyday Arches Die to cut three arches from Basic White Cardstock, and glued them to the Z fold card base. Here’s a view of the back.

Next, I used the second largest, Everyday Arches Die, to cut three arches from designer paper. For the first panel, I stamped the nativity scene in Secret Sea Ink on Country Woods Designer Paper. Before gluing it to the card base, I stamped “For unto us a child is born.” This picture shows the folded card, ready to fit in our Medium Envelope.

The second panel was cut from Peaceful Garden Designer Paper, layered with Basic White Cardstock, cut with the sixth largest Everyday Arches Die. Before gluing, I stamped it in Secret Sea Ink with “When they saw the star they rejoiced,” and the stars. The third panel is also Peaceful Garden Designer Paper, layered with Basic White Cardstock, cut with the eighth largest Everyday Arches Die, and stamped “O come let us adore Him.”

I hope today’s project sparked some holiday cheer and crafting inspiration! There’s so much more to see — keep the fun going by following the lineup below to visit the rest of the Pals. And be sure to join us next month when we create our own Winter Wonderland!
