The Courage & Faith Stamp Set has wonderful, vertically oriented verses, that fit nicely with Radiating Stitches Dies. This die set is in Online Exclusives, and clicking on the picture in my Product List below will take you there.
I began today’s card with a Fresh Freesia card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, topped with a frame. The frame was cut with the largest Radiating Stitches Die, and the second largest Radiating Stitches Die, from Bubble Bath Cardstock. Then, I glued the frame to Basic White Cardstock of equal size, and attached it to the card base with Dimesionals.
“with all your heart”
Next, I stamped “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, Proverbs, 3:5” in Memento Black Ink on Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper. After stamping, I used the third largest Radiating Stitched Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
The heart was cut from another pattern of Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper with a Radiating Stitched Die. Don’t you love this heart?
After attaching the heart with Dimensionals, I added three Self-Adhesive Pastel Sequins.
I also added a bow, which was cut from a wider piece of Bubble Bath ribbon from the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack. You can see all three ribbon colors in my Product List below.

Today is my husband’s birthday, and his birthday card was created with Earthen Elegance Designer Paper. This pattern made me think of Chocolate cake, with frosting oozing down the side. I admit, I have a sweet tooth, but doesn’t it look delicious?
Neil’s birthday cake
After cutting the designer paper, 5 1/2″ X 4 “, I stuck the “cake” to a Thick Very Vanilla card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. All it needed was “Happy Birthday,” which I found in the Wanted To Say Die Set. I cut the words from Very Vanilla frosting, and stuck them to chocolate frosting (Earthen Elegance DSP). The chocolate frosting was thicker, and enabled me to raise the words.
After writing “Happy Birthday,” I decorated the cake with candy from the 2023-2024 In Color Dots.
The last detail was decorating the envelope flap by embossing it with one of the Stripes & Splatters Embossing Folders, which you can see in the first picture.
I hope Neil likes his cake!

My grandson, Drake, is graduating from high school this year, and will be headed to George Mason College in the Fall. I’m so proud of him! His ceremony is today, and this is the card he’ll be receiving.
Congratulations Drake!
I began with striped, Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper, 5 1/4″ X 4″, placing a Patchwork Pieces Die in the center, and rolling it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Then, I glued the frame to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Rather than using the striped, cut pieces, I used the same die to cut solid, blue, Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper. The die was carefully removed from the pieces, so they stayed intact, making it easy to glue them in the frame.
I wanted to have Drake’s name on the card, and the Alphabet A La Mode Dies were perfect. I used Blueberry Bushel Cardstock, Foam Adhesive Sheets for Dimension, and attached them to the card front.
The stars are from the Wanted To Say Die Set, cut from Lemon Lolly Cardstock, with Foam Adhesive Sheets for Dimension.
“Congratulations” is from the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set. I stamped it in Blueberry Bushel Ink on Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper, backed it with Foam Adhesive Sheets, and used its Sentimental Silhouettes Die for cutting.
The inside was completed with a sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped, “You’ve come so far & accomplished so much,” in Blueberry Bushel Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″, and glued this inside. The last detail was decorating the envelope flap with another pattern of Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper.
I’m happy to say, I’ll be giving Drake his card “in person” on June 8th!

The Just My Type Stamp Set is filled with nostalgia. When I was a child, I would sit for hours typing on my father’s Remington typewriter. I learned to type correctly in high school, but have gone back to my “hunt and peck” method.
Remington Typewriter
For today’s card, I typed “hi,” which didn’t take long. LOL Then, I stamped the typewriter and paper in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, used Paper Snips for cutting, and placed it on Dimensionals. Behind the typewriter is Masterfully Made Designer Paper, cut with the largest Stylish Shapes circle die.
The Masterfully Made Designer Paper is amazing! And, it’s one of the papers that is discounted 15% this month. You can see all of them below.
The large circle is glued to Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, which is glued to a Blueberry Bushel card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Prior to gluing, I used the “notebook” die from the Gorgeously Made Die Set along the left side. Isn’t it great!
“H-E-L-L-0” is also from Just My Type, stamped in Azure Afternoon Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and cut with the smallest Stylish Shapes Die. The stamp is in one piece, so a tiny bit was snipped from three of the stamped letters when cutting. Overlapping the letters covered the snips, as well as making the word fit the dimensions. Whew!

This week’s Global Design Project is a color challenge, using new and returning colors; Azure Afternoon, Blueberry Bushel, and Berry Burst.
I thought it would be interesting to see what happened when I blended the colors together with Blending Brushes. Beginning with Berry Burst, I used a circular motion , applying Berry Burst Ink to the center of Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. This was followed by widening the circle with Azure Afternoon and Blueberry Bushel Inks.
Patchwork Color
After adding color to the cardstock, I used one of the two, Patchwork Pieces Dies for cutting. This cut twelve pieces that I adhered to Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. I thought it would be even more interesting to alternate the pieces, gluing one flat, and raising one on Dimensionals.
The card base is Blueberry Bushel Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“You’re wonderful, you’re loved, you matter” is from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped it in Blueberry Bushel Ink, used its Wonderful Thoughts Die for cutting, and glued it in place.

I began today’s card with a Boho Blue card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, topped with a frame, cut with the largest Radiating Stitches Die and the second largest Radiating Stitches Die from Pebble Path Cardstock.
“Trust in the Lord”
Next, I used the second largest Radiating Stitches Die to cut a pattern of Earthen Elegance Designer, which I glued in the center of the frame. Another Radiating Stitched Die was used to cut the super sparkly heart from More Dazzle Specialty Paper. This fantastic paper was a sell-out during a recent Sale-a-bration, so Stampin’ Up! brought it back in two colors!
I stamped the Courage & Faith sentiment in VersaMark on Thick Basic White Cardstock, sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder, and set it with the Heat Tool. Then, I used the third largest Radiating Stitched Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
After attaching the heart with Dimensionals, I added three 2023-2024 In Color Dots. I love the verse, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart,” and created a second card in pastel colors, which you’ll see soon.
