Beginning August 4th, customers can order from the new August -December 2020 Mini Catalog. It has 83 pages, so not really “mini.” You can see me talk about my favorites in the video below, and today’s card is a sneak peek of the Love Of Leaves Bundle.
Stitched Leaf
Instructions
Cut Soft Sea Foam Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″, making your card base.
Using an Ornate Layers Die, cut a piece of striped, Forever Greenery Designer Paper.
Glue it to Whisper White Cardstock, the size of the card front, 5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″.
This gives you room to cut it with the largest Stitched Rectangles Die. Place scratch paper on your cutting plate to avoid getting (possible) glue there.
Use the fourth largest Stitched Rectangles Die to cut from Soft Sea Foam Cardstock.
NOW, for the new stuff! Cut a leaf from the middle of the Soft Sea Foam rectangle, using a Stitched Leaf Die. Make a stitched impression on the leaf, using its matching die. You run this through the die cutting machine the same way, but it embosses rather than cuts.
“Thank you” is from the Love Of Leaves Stamp Set. Stamp it in Garden Green Ink, and cut with the smallest Stitched Rectangles Die. I shortened the label by using a larger Stitched Rectangles Die on one end. Find something pretty to dot the “thank you.” I used a retired Glimmer Dot.

This is my first time to use the Seabed Embossing Folder, which is perfect for this weeks, “aquatic” theme for Global Design Project. The embossed image gives you a unique coloring experience. If you like to color, this is for you!
Seabed
Instructions
Cut Pool Party Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″, making your card base.
Cut Shimmery White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, and emboss with the Seabed Embossing Folder. After coloring, you will glue this layer to the card base.
I used Shimmery White Cardstock, because I thought it would provide a nice surface for the Stampin’ Blends, and I used a number of colors, which are named in my Product List below. WARNING: Don’t attempt unless you like tedious coloring.
Use the Sweet Silhouettes Die to cut “adventure” from Pool Party Cardstock, and glue on an angle. I like how the placement worked out for the “t” to swirl upward.
This card would be appropriate to celebrate a retirement, a birthday, or a vacation, don’t you think? Maybe we can travel one of these days!

Today, I “just wanted to say, SUMMER, so here’s a card.” The Playful Alphabet Dies let you say whatever you want. Just think of all the things you could say! Follow along for instructions.
Summer
Instructions
Cut your sandy beach from Crumb Cake Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, and fold at 4 1/4″ to make your card base.
Then, lay down your Whisper White Cardstock blanket, cut with the largest Ornate Layers Die. Don’t glue yet!
Find six summery colors of cardstock. I used: Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, Flirty Flamingo, So Saffron, Bumblebee, and Daffodil Delight.
Place the cardstock on 1″ sections of Foam Adhesive Sheets, and use the Playful Alphabet Dies for cutting the word “SUMMER.”
To further decorate your beach blanket, add a frame, cut with a fancy Ornate Frames Die.
Don’t glue yet!
First, you need to stamp the rest of the sentiment from the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set. Place the blanket on your Stamparatus, pretending the “Summer” decoration is glued in place (but it isn’t), so you can see where you want the sentiment. Press the Stamparatus lid onto the stamps, remove the decoration, add the magnet, ink the stamps in Memento Black Ink, and stamp.
NOW, you can glue it all together. I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to use this sentiment, and it’s making me laugh, so it was worth the wait!

Today’s card was inspired by CAS(E) this sketch.
Rather than a toucan on a label, I have a Granny Apple Green bird on a Rainbow Glimmer branch.
Green Bird on a Branch
Today’s Step-by-Step Instructions:
Cut Thick Whisper White Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″ to make your card base.
Cut regular weight, Whisper White Cardstock with the largest Ornate Layers Die. Emboss with the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder, and adhere to the card base.
Use a Birds & More Die to cut the branch from a green portion of Rainbow Glimmer Paper. Snip the end, and glue to the card front, leaving the middle branch loose for placing the bird.
Stamp the sweet bird from the Birds & Branches stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink on Whisper White Cardstock.
Use its Birds & More die for cutting, and attach to the card front with Dimensionals. The Rainbow Glimmer Paper is pliable, so you are able to place the bird beneath the middle branch, while gluing two leaves to the bird. The Bundle comes with little feet for the bird, but it perched nicely here without them.
“A little hello” is from the Itty Bitty stamp set. Stamp it in Pear Pizzazz Ink on Whisper White Cardstock, and cut with the smallest Stitched So Sweetly Die. Don’t you love this cute shape? Your clean & simple card is complete, and the little bird is ready to say “hello” to someone.

After yesterday’s grouchy cat card, Dog Punch said it was his turn to be featured , and he’s so sweet, I thought it was only fair. He barked out instructions to me, so you can follow along below.

Dog Punch Instructions
I want to be Basic Gray, so punch me out in that color. I don’t want to be perfectly flat, so punch me again, and glue me together. Give me fur with the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.
I want to sit on a swirly circle of hearts and paw prints. Cut my circle with a Painted Labels Die from Pampered Pets Designer Paper.
The red striped paper would look good in the background, so cut a piece with the largest Stitched Rectangles Die, and glue it to a Smoky Slate card base.
I want to say, “scratch, wag, play, love, bark, woof, dig, chase,” so cut that from the DSP. Glue red balls to it, that you make with a Painted Labels Die, and Real Red Cardstock, and glue it across my body.
Sometimes I wear a collar with a tag that looks like the Ornate Frames Die, so use it to cut a piece of Basic Gray Cardstock, and stamp “my friend” on it. You’ll find it in the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set. And, one last thing, you can use my punch to make a Real Red heart, and glue it to the tag, because I love you!

This cat from the Playful Pets Designer Paper cracks me up! In spite of his looks, he really is excited to celebrate. Keep scrolling to see my easy instructions, and short Product List below.

Instructions
Cut Sahara Sand Cardstock to 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, fold in the middle at 4 1/4″, making your card base.
Using the largest Stitched Rectangles Die, cut Neutrals (Sahara Sand) 6X6 Designer Paper, and glue this layer to your card base. Cut a second layer from Sahara Sand Cardstock with a smaller Stitched Rectangles Die (2 1/2″ X 4″), and glue to the card front.
For those who don’t like to fussy cut, this next step is exciting! You can simply crop the cat from from the Playful Pets Designer Paper with a Layering Squares Die. There’s plenty of white space to make the 2″ X 2″ square fit just right.
Use the scalloped, Layering Squares Die, to cut the frame from Flirty Flamingo Cardstock. Glue the two together, and attach with Dimensionals.
The cat wanted you to know he is truly wanting to celebrate, and chose the word, “hooray” from the Well Written Die set.
Cut the word from Thick Whisper White Cardstock, and try not to giggle too much while gluing it in place.
