For this week’s Global Design Project I chose a “Distinktive” stamp set, You Are Beautiful, from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. By stamping-off the leaves and berries, I was able to achieve a lighter shade of Old Olive Ink on the Soft Sea Foam Cardstock. Stamping-off means inking your stamp, then stamping two times without re-inking. After stamping, I used the second largest Perennial Postage Die for cutting.
“You are a shining light”
Next, I used Textured Floral Dies to cut the branch (Old Olive Cardstock) and berries (Calypso Coral Cardstock), and doubled them for thickness.
“You are a shining light” is from the You Are Beautiful Stamp Set, stamped in Old Olive Ink on Basic Beige Cardstock, and cut with the second smallest Perennial Postage Die. I glued the berries to the sentiment label, along with a 1 5/8″ X 1/4″ strip of Calypso Coral Cardstock.
The background is Country Woods Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, embossed with the Timber Embossing folder, and glued to a Basic Beige card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Prior to gluing the green stamped layer to the embossed timber layer, I tied Linen Thread around the green layer, and added a bow. Then, I glued the die-cut branch, and attached the sentiment label with Dimensionals. To complete the design, I added three Brushed Brass Butterflies.

The Frames & Flowers Specialty Paper is fabulous! It makes beautiful cards with very few supplies. Today, I’ll show you how to make a quick & easy “fun fold” card.
Easy Fun Fold
First, I cut Lost Lagoon Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ and 6 3/8″. Second, I cut 4 pieces of Frames & Flowers Specialty Paper: two 2″ X 5 3/8″ (front and inside), one 3/1/2″ X 4 3/4″ (inside), and one 3 3/4″ X 5″ (front, backed with Lost Lagoon Cardstock). Third, I glued them in the order they were cut; careful to glue only half of the front piece.
Next, I chose two “punch-outs” from the Frames & Flowers Specialty Paper, with spaces to stamp sentiments. “Hello friend” and “hoping you have the best. day. ever.” are from the Country Birdhouse Stamp Set. After stamping in Pretty Peacock Ink, I glued one on the inside, and used Dimensionals to attach one on the front.

I’m welcoming June with the Country Flowers Bundle, which is part of the Country Woods Suite Collection, and a favorite in the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. I began today’s still life by stamping the can, and stool, in Early Espresso Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I colored the can with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends, and the stool with Crumb Cake Ink, applied with a Blending Brush.
Flower Market
Next, I stamped the plant in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored it with Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. After coloring, I cut the three images with their Country Flowers Dies. I also stamped “Flower Market” on the can. Isn’t that cute?
For the background, I used a Garden Meadow Die to cut Country Woods Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″. The opening in the arch has Basic White Cardstock, stamped with the Sketched Plaid stamp in Crumb Cake Ink. This was glued to a Crumb Cake card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
After gluing the plant, can, and stool together, I attached them to the card front with Dimensionals. Then, I found the perfect, little, sentiment in the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped “thanks” in Early Espresso Ink, used its die for cutting, and attached it to the handle with a Dimensional. A bow of Baker’s Twine completed my still life.

I love paper words, and “friend,” is a new favorite from the Friends For Life die set. I used Textured Metallic Specialty paper to cut the word, Basic White Cardstock for the backing, and Dimensionals to raise it. Be careful not to lose the”i.”

For the background I used a Perennial Postage Die to cut four rectangles from Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper. After cutting, I glued the four pieces together on Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. If you follow my blog, I think you know this paper is top on my list!
The card base (8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″) is one of the new, 2024-2026 In Colors, Petunia Pop. See how it matches the flowers in the designer paper? This photo also shows the pretty shine of the Textured Metallic Specialty Paper.

No Matter what you call them, pinwheels or rosettes, they are so much fun! You’re going to want the Round We Go Bundle! For today’s birthday card, the pinwheels were created using 2024-2026 In Color 6″X6″ Designer Paper, and Basic White cardstock. I cut five rounds of designer paper (one from each color), and five rounds of Basic White Cardstock. After cutting, I glued them together at the center, alternating the color with white, and reinforced them on the back with a 1/2″ round of Basic White Cardstock.
In Color Pinwheels
For the background, I gave Basic White Cardstock (4″ X 5 1/4″) texture with the So Swirly Embossing Folder. This was glued to a Thick Basic White card base. Then, I attached the pinwheels with Dimensionals.
“Hip Hip Hooray” is from the Round We Go Stamp Set. For contrast, I heat embossed the sentiment with VersaMark and White Embossing Powder on Basic Black Cardstock. I added five, matching, 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems, as a final touch.

Do you remember the truck we all loved so much? The Trucking Along Stamp Set and Punch are still available in Online Exclusives. After cutting, I used the “two-step” stamp to color the truck with Pecan Pie Ink. Then, I highlighted the truck using Stampin’ Blends in four colors: Basic Black and Gray Granite (tires), Pecan Pie (spots on truck), and Pool Party (windows).
Thoughtful Journey Truck
The background is a fabulous pattern of Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper, 5 1/4″ X 4″. After gluing it to a Pecan Pie card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, I added a touch of road with Pecan Pie Ink. You have to look closely to see it.
This was definitely looking like a masculine card, and I found “Happy Father’s Day” in the Trusty Tools Stamp Set. I stamped it in Pecan Pie Ink on Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper, and used a Hearts & Hugs Die for cutting. For extra detail, I used a Sending Love Die to cut grass, which was glued along the top of the sentiment label, before attaching it with Dimensionals.
