When I first saw the Sweet Peas Stamp Set, it made me hapPEA, so I had to order it! The images are so cute, and I love the coordinating sentiments. You can see the entire set in my Product List below.
I began by stamping this cute pea in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and using three Stampin’ Blends for coloring: Granny Apple Green, Old Olive, and Mossy Meadow. After coloring, I used a Spotlight On Nature die for cutting.
You Make me HapPEA
Next, I used two more Spotlight On Nature Dies to cut Full Of Life Designer Paper. Doesn’t the pea look hapPEA surrounded by the beautiful shades of green and yellow? I glued the largest circle to Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, which I glued to a Granny Apple Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Then, I attached the two top circles with Dimensionals.
The Sweet Peas Stamp Set is photopolymer, so I was able to bend the sentiment to fit the circle. I did this by molding it to fit the circle die, on a Stampin’ Up! Glass Mat, before stamping in Memento Black Ink.
For a little sparkle, I added thee Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins. I hope this card makes you hapPEA!

Today’s card features a bouquet, cut with a Flowers Of Beauty Die from Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper. I love this simple technique of using designer paper to add color variation to a die-cut.
Thoughtful Journey Bouquet
For the background, I stamped the Sketched Plaid Stamp in Basic Beige Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 3 5/8″ X 4 7/8″. This was glued to Thoughtful Journey DSP 3 3/4″ X 5″, giving the Sketched Plaid layer a 1/16″ border. Then, the layers were attached with Dimensionals to a Basic Beige card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The sentiment, “friend,” is from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set. It was stamped in Blackberry Bliss Ink, cut with an Unbounded Love Die, and attached with Dimensionals. I love the shape of this die, don’t you?
For something extra, I added Adhesive-Backed Textured Dots.

Round We Go Dies add a fun dimension to cards. This 5 1/4″ X 1 1/2″ die has score lines, which makes for easy folding, in and out, to create the rosette. After cutting and folding two pieces from Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper, I glued the ends together. Then, I placed it upright over the small circle with glue on it, and pushed it down, forming the rosette. I held it in place with an acrylic block, giving it time to set. I know some crafters use a Hot Glue Gun, but liquid glue works fine for me.

The background is the same Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, glued to a Basic Beige card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. After gluing the rosette to the card front, I glued the small circle on top, backed with cardstock for durability.
The sentiment,”You absolutely made my day,” is from the Seaside Wishes Stamp Set. I stamped it in Mossy Meadow Ink on the designer paper, making it visible, but subtle.

If you like bright colors with a modern vibe, you’ll love Full Of Life Designer Paper! It really caught my eye when first looking through the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. I found a colorful pattern that worked well with this week’s Global Design Project sketch challenge. I cut six rows across, and 9 rows down, 2 1/2″ X 3 3/4″.
Friends For Life Thank You Card
The background is Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, given texture with the So Swirly Embossing Folder. This was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ folded at 4 1/4″.
“Thank you” is from the Friends For Life Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink, and cut with a Happy Little Things Die.
For a little sparkle, I added five, Iridescent Adhesive-backed Discs. I had to angle the card, so you could see the shine.

Today’s card was created with the Frames & Flowers Specialty Paper. You will love the ease of using this paper, without the need for a die-cutting machine, because the elements are punched out, rather than die-cut.
Frames & Flowers
I can’t describe this paper better than Stampin’ Up!, so here you go:
The Frames & Flowers Specialty 12″ x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) Paper is unlike other patterned paper packs. It has three sheets of double-sided designs with floral and greenery designs on one side and all-purpose patterns on the other. And it also has three sheets of die-cut greenery elements that you can use on card fronts or to frame photos on scrapbook pages. As a fun plus, some of the die-cuts are sized to fit card fronts, making it easy to create quick, beautiful cards. This paper is a must for card makers and scrapbookers!
I stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow Ink on the center part of a punched frame. “Make today amazing” is from the You Are Beautiful Stamp Set. After stamping, I glued the center part to a Lost Lagoon card base, and raised the outside frame on Dimensionals.
Next, I chose two additional elements, and attached these with Dimensionals. It’s really fun layering these elements! The last step was attaching three 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Dots.
