May’s assignment for the 2024 Artisan Design Team was to create projects using the Wildy Flowering Suite Collection.
Wildflower Designs
For the first card, I used a Thick Basic White card base, embossed with the Dashing Designs Embossing Folder, which comes in the suite. The folder is my gift for the month of May; see below how you can make it yours.
Next, I used two of the Wildflower Designs Dies to cut Wildly Flowering Designer Paper, which I attached with Dimensionals. I also stamped, and die-cut, two wildflowers and “thank you” from the stamp set. To complete the design, I added Textured Dots, and a bow of Basic Beige Bordered Ribbon that I had fun shredding.
The second card has a Moody Mauve card base, which goes perfectly with the Wildly Flowering Designer Paper. The centerpiece is a die-cut created with three Wild Flower Designs Dies. I stamped the sentiment and texture in Crumb Cake Ink, with Wild Flower Designs stamps.
For embellishment, I added Linen Thread, and three, fussy cut flowers from Wildly Flowering Designer Paper.
For my third project, I used Stampin’ Up’s 6″ X 8″ Memory Keeping Album and Photo Pocket Pages. Did you know that May is National Scrapbook Month? It’s a perfect time to renew a scrapbooking interest, and welcome Close To My Heart members to Stampin’ Up!
The Wildly Flowering Designer Paper and Wildflower Designs Bundle made it fun to add a special touch to my photos. The numbers and letters were cut with Alphabet A La Mode Dies. The sentiment, “My heart will always be tied to yours,” is from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set.

Beautifully colored designer paper, like Full Of Life, makes beautifully colored flowers! I used a Flowers Of Beauty Die for cutting the rainbow colored paper, and thought an all white background would provide a nice contrast.
Full Of Life Flowers
Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, was embossed with the Dashing Designs Embossing Folder. This folder is my Host Code Gift for the month of May. Read below to see how you can make it yours. After embossing, I glued the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The top layer was Basic White Cardstock, cut with the largest Wild Flowers Designs Die. This die cuts the hexagon and frame at the same time, and I discovered, it’s easier to glue the hexagon first, followed by the frame.
The sentiment, “celebrate,” is from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set. I stamped it in Memento Black Ink, used its Unbounded Love Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals. The last step was embellishing with Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins.

This week’s Global Design Project is a color challenge, using Petal Pink, Moody Mauve, and Pretty Peacock. I thought the colors would work well with our new, Seaside Wishes Bundle.
The Seaside Wishes Bundle comes with a hybrid embossing folder, which enabled me to emboss and die-cut the sand dollars at the same time. After cutting I used a Blending Brush to add a little Petal Pink Ink. I love how realistic they are!
Sand Dollars
The background was stamped in Pretty Peacock Ink with the Drizzling Droplets Stamp, cut with the largest Deckled Rectangles Die. After cutting, I glued it to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, and added additional sea life from the bundle.
“You absolutely made my day,” is from the Seaside Wishes Stamp Set, stamped in Pretty Peacock Ink, and cut with a Delicate Forest Die. After attaching the sentiment label with Dimensionals, I embellished my design with several Flat Pearls, as a final touch.

The Delicate Forest Bundle is a favorite from Online Exclusives. I don’t want you to miss it, so there’s a link to order from my Product List below. I used a large die to cut the arched branches that fill the card front on today’s design. And, guess what designer paper I used. If you guessed, Thoughtful Journey, you are right!
Delicate Forest Sympathy
Next, I stamped,”hoping each passing day lets in a little more sunshine,” in Mossy Meadow Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. Actually, I cut it a spec smaller, so it wouldn’t show when glued beneath the die-cut. Then, I glued the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
To complete my card, I embellished it with two gold birds, and three purple gems.

The Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper provides beautiful backgrounds for stamping. If you haven’t tried stamping on designer paper, you must give this a try! The Delicate Forest Stamp Set has wonderful images, which I stamped in Shaded Spruce Ink (tall tree), Wild Wheat Ink (foreground wildflowers), and Mossy Meadow Ink (distant trees).
Thoughtful Journey
Here is the Delicate Forest Stamp Set. Can you see the stamps I used?
Next, I glued my stamped, designer paper on a Lost Lagoon card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“You make good things better” is from the Delicate Forest Stamp Set, stamped in Shaded Spruce Ink on the designer paper. After stamping, I used a Delicate Forest label die for cutting, glued it to two cuts of cardstock, before gluing to the card front. The final touch was three, Blooming Pearls.

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is “Fun Family Occasions.” We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My family always gets together to celebrate birthdays, so I’m sharing with you our newest family member’s birthday in a Stampin’ Up! album. I was inspired by our Close To My Heart scrapbooking friends to rediscover the joy of having physical photographs. The album and pocket pages are in my Product List below.
Memory Keeping
First, I had a few of my favorite digital pictures developed through CVS, and cut them to size with my Paper Trimmer. Second, I decided on Wildly Flowering Designer Paper for the background. Third, I found meaningful sentiments from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped “you’re wonderful, you’re loved, you matter,” and “you can do amazing things,” in Moody Mauve Ink on Basic White Cardstock. After stamping, I cut them with their Wonderful Thoughts Dies, and glued them in place.
“Happy Birthday” is from the Wanted To Say die set, and the number “1” is from the Alphabet A La Mode die set, both cut from white Glimmer Specialty Paper. After adding three Paper Butterfly Accents, my two album pages were complete, celebrating Lily’s first birthday.
