The latest news!!!
Find yourself staring at multiple stamp sets from the 2023–2024 Annual Catalog and can’t decide which ones to get? I’ve listed most of the new “stand alone” stamp sets below, although, you’ll want to click here to see all of them on the 19th.
Now, for today’s card, using the fringe die in the Beautiful Balloons Die Set. To begin, I cut two pieces of Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 1 1/2″, and used the fringe die along the edge for cutting. The fringe was set free by trimming 1/16″ off the bottom, or you could accomplish this by placing the die a spec over the edge before running through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
Ladybug and Fringe
Next, I cut a third piece of Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 2 1/4″, and embossed it with a 3D Basics Embossing Folder. This embossing folder is not in the catalog, but is an Online Exclusive in a package of three embossing folders.You can see the details in my Product List below.
After gluing the three white pieces to a lemon Lime Twist card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, I cut a circle from Masterfully Made Designer Paper, and attached it with Dimensionals. This was cut with the third largest Stylish Shapes circle die. Then, I used the fourth largest Stylish Shapes circle die to cut a Basic White Cardstock circle for the sentiment.
“May your greatest wish come true” is from the Hello Ladybug Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink.
Last, but not least, the ladybug. I used the Ladybug Builder Punch to cut her from Basic Black Cardstock, and her wings from Basic White Cardstock. Prior to punching her wings, I used a Hello Ladybug stamp to stamp them in Berry Burst Ink. The wings were attached with glue at the neck, and lifted with Mini Dimensionals. Then, she flew onto the card front, and attached herself with Dimensionals, ready to make someone’s greatest wish come true!

I introduced the skating ostrich several months ago, and here she is again, but with a different background. The Zoo Crew Designer Paper has wonderful black & white designs on the backside of the numerous animals. I used the second largest Scalloped Countours Die to cut a darling, floral pattern, and colored it with Stampin’ Blends. The petals were colored with Sweet Sorbet, and the centers were colored with Lemon Lolly.
Skating Ostrich
After coloring the flowers, I used the largest Scalloped Contours Die to cut Basic White Cardstock. This white layer was glued to a Lemon Lolly card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, followed by the floral layer.
Next, I used the fourth largest Scalloped Contours Die to cut Basic White Cardstock, and glued it in place. After fussy cutting the skating ostrich, she stuck a bunch of Dimensionals to her backside, and hopped on.
The ostrich makes me smile, so I found the sentiment, “you make me smile” in the Timeless Arrangements Stamp Set. I stamped it in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, used its Timeless Arrangements Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.

Summertime has arrived, and the long, warm, beach days are here! My husband and I recently spent several glorious days at the Hotel Del in Coronado, right on a fabulous beach.
Memories will live on in today’s card, perfect for the first day in July. The seashells were cut with Chic Dies from Dry Brushed Metallic Paper. The larger shell is backed with Lost Lagoon Cardstock, and the smaller shell has two inlays from a gold portion of the Dry Brushed Metallic Paper.
Seashells and Pearl
The shells are glued to a circle, cut with the second largest Stylish Shapes Die from Earthen Elegance Designer Paper. The background is Earthen Elegance Designer Paper, bordered with Lost Lagoon Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. The designer paper was cut 1/8″ smaller to give it a 1/16″ border. The card base is Gray Granite Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The sentiment, “You are a pearl, rare and precious,” is from the Seaside Bay Stamp Set. I stamped it in Gray Granite Ink on Earthen Elegance DSP, and used the smallest Stylish Shapes Die for cutting. After layering it on cardstock for thickness, I attached it with Dimensionals. This created a nice, little space for the pearl.
Prior to attaching the sentiment, I stamped some extra sand with a Seaside Bay stamp and Gray Granite Ink. How do you like the shine from this angle?

I hope everyone will be having a nice Father’s Day celebration. Today’s card is good for a guy, created with the Beauty Of The Deep Bundle. The first thing I did was use a Beauty Of The Deep Die to cut the “coral” from Dry Brushed Metallic Paper. You can see the shine in my last photo. Isn’t it pretty?
Beauty Of The Deep
To go with the coral, I used a Beauty Of The Deep Stamp to stamp “seaweed” in Lost Lagoon Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used a Beauty Of The Deep Die for cutting.
Next, I stamped the fish in VersaMark on Basic White Cardstock, sprinkled them with Gold Embossing Powder, set them with the Heat Tool, and used their fish die for cutting.
The background is Hello Irresistible Designer Paper that I thought would make a good underwater scene. It was cut 1/8″ smaller than the Basic White Cardstock (4″ X 5 1/4″) beneath it, and I used the largest Stylish Shapes Die to cut the circle. Everything was glued to a Lost Lagoon card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

“Happy Birthday” is from the Waves Of Inspiration Stamp Set, stamped in Lost Lagoon Ink, and cut with a Sending Die. After attaching the label with Dimensionals, I added a small piece of coral, cut from the Dry Brushed Metallic Paper with a Beauty Of The Deep Die.
Attaching the fish with Dimensionals was the last step.

Isn’t this rhino cute? He’s so happy to be prancing along with a little bird on his back! He is from the Rhino Ready Stamp Set, available in Online Exclusives. Clicking the picture in my Product List below will take you there.
I stamped him in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored him with a Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend. The little bird was colored with a Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend.
Tropical Leaf & Rhino
The leaves behind them were created with the Tropical Leaf Bundle, also Online Exclusives. I punched the leaves from Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper, which is discounted 15% for the month of June. You can see all of the sale paper below. After punching, I stamped the leaves with Lemon Lime Ink, using a Tropical Leaf Stamp for the veins.
The background is Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, given a border with the second largest Stitched With Whimsy Die. This was layered on a Smoky Slate card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“It’s a great day” is from the Rhino Ready Stamp Set. I stamped the sentiment in Memento Black Ink, used a Cheerful Daisies Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
My card was embellished with 2022-2024 In Color Matte Dots.

When you need to make a masculine card, the Earthen Elegance Designer Paper can be your “go to.” I especially like the pattern on today’s card, because it’s so dimensional. Don’t you love it?
The new 2023-2025 In Colors are also good for guys, and I began with a Pebbled Path card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Then, I layered it with the wonderful, patterned, Earthen Elegance DSP, 4″ X 5 1/4″.
Earthen Elegance for a guy
Next, I cut another piece of Pebbled Path Cardstock, 3 1/4″ X 4 1/4″, and Earthen Elegance DSP, 3″ X 4″. After gluing the two together, I attached it to the card front with Dimensionals.
The focal point is a Boho Blue Cardstock “fan,” cut with an Earthen Texture Die. This is a favorite die that has score lines, so you can snip and fold for added dimension. I attached it with one Dimensional at the base of the fan.
The sentiment, “You’re so totally awesome,” is from the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Set. I stamped it in VersaMark on Pebbled Path Cardstock, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and set it with the Heat Tool. After using a Waves Die for cutting, I attached it with Dimensionals.
All those in favor of adding some bling to a guys card, say “aye!” I added three 2023-2025 In Color Dots in Pebbled Path; aren’t they pretty?
