To begin today’s clean and simple card, I used the largest Stitched With Whimsy Die to give a border to the card front of a Thick Basic White card base. This die set is unusual, because it makes an impression in the cardstock, rather than cutting it out entirely. You can see the complete set in my Product List below.
Next, I used a large, Christmas Pinecone Die to cut Mossy Meadow Cardstock, and snipped a small section from one corner. The section contained a space for three pinecones, which I used dies to cut Soft Suede Cardstock, and Bronze Foil. I glued the foil, pinecone pieces on the solid, Soft Suede, pieces, and glued the pinecones in place.
The Cherry Cobbler bow was cut with a Christmas Wreaths Die. Isn’t it fabulous? “JOY” is from the Leaves Of Holly Stamp Set, stamped in Cherry Cobbler Ink, and cut with a Ranunculus Die.
I was inspired by The Paper Players.
