Stampin’ Up’s Cross of Hope Die Set makes the most beautiful crosses for Easter cards!
I made this cross by using Garden Green and So Saffron inks with an Aqua Painter on Watercolor Paper. The pattern on the cross was created with Glossy White Cardstock and Blushing Bride Ink. Then, I used two dies from the Cross of Hope Die Set for cutting, and glued them together.
The beautiful vine surrounding the cross was made with a Hold On To Hope stamp and Pear Pizzazz Ink. I used more Pear Pizzazz Ink with a Painted Poppies stamp for the “splotches” on the lower portion of the card.
“Easter Blessings” is from the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set, stamped in Pear Pizzazz Ink, and cut with an Ornate Frames Die.
After attaching the card front to the Pear Pizzazz card base, I added some Iridescent Sequins.
The supplies I used are in my Product List below, so click on the pictures, and have fun shopping. My Host Code gift for the month of March is Pearl Basic Jewels (140 total pearls). If you order a minimum of $50.00 in March, I will send you the Pearls in April.
Thank you for stopping by! I appreciate you!

Such a pretty creation! I love the way you colored the background of the cross. The splotches at the bottom are a genius use of the poppy stamp. Love it sistah!

Beautiful Card Su! It’s simple, easy, and elegant all at the same time!
Question for you: does Stampin’ Up! still sell Glossy White Cardstock? I thought they discontinued it.
Thank you for your nice comment, Pam! You are right, the Glossy White has been retired, and I shouldn’t have put it in my Product List. I only use Stampin’ Up! Products, and I try to use only current items. Sorry for the confusion.
Darn and no worries! I was hoping for a return of the glossy paper. Other brands of glossy paper just aren’t the same or as good as Stampin’ Up!’s. Thanks for letting me know. Have a fantastic day!
Beautifully designed card; love the cross.
