I’m excited about an all-day Stampin’ Up event that I’ll be attending this Saturday, Setember 23rd, Create the Day Away. If you live in the San Diego area, there are a couple spots open, and you can still sign up.
Go to https://createthedayaway.com for details.
We were asked to make a name tag that expressed ourselves, and this is mine:
My handwriting is more like “handprinting,” but my inner self would love to write like this Brushwork Alphabet stamp set. Isn’t it pretty? I stamped the letters on a 2 1/2 X 2 1/2 piece of cardstock, cut with a Stitched Shape square die.
I used the Daisy Punch for the top decoration. Collecting postage stamps has been a big part of my life, so I thought it was appropriate for my name tag. I chose this block of four from Expo 1974 for its bright and cheery colors.
I plan to attach my name tag with this cute, little clothespin.
Thanks for visiting my name tag post. I hope to see you Saturday!
