This week’s Global Design Project challenge is a theme: music. My Zoo Crew characters, snipped from the designer paper, were ready to take on the challenge. After fussy cutting, I placed Frog, Beaver, and Turtle on Dimensionals, and set them aside while preparing their background.

I used an Irresistible Blooms Die with an Adhesive Sheet to cut Basic Black Cardstock, and placed it on Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. Doesn’t it look like a music staff with notes? You’ll find this die by clicking on my Online Exclusives link below.

Next, I stamped “happy birthday,” from the Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set, in Memento Black Ink, along the top of the staff. Then, I glued the layer to a Granny Apple Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

To make the card extra happy, I cut the letters “h-a-p-p-y” from Brights 6X6″ Designer Paper and Foam Adhesive Sheets for Dimension. The letters are from the Mini Alphabet Die Set, which is carrying over to the new 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. Yay!
