Three Pine Trees

Today’s colors were inspired by the Global Design Project challenge.

The card base is Call me Clover, which I embossed with the Tin Tile Embossing Folder. Next, is a layer of Whisper White Cardstock, stamped with Blueberry Bushel Ink, using the Buffalo Check background stamp. Then, I used a Rectangle Stitched Die for cutting.

TIP: I used the Stamparatus, so I could stamp twice, and insure the ink would leave a well covered image.

The Perfectly Plaid Stamp set provided the stamps for the three trees, and I used the Pine Tree Punch for cutting. The two plaid trees are stamped in Call Me Clover Ink on Call me Clover Cardstock, and the tree in the middle is stamped on Whisper White Cardstock. I layered the trees for thickness, before placing them on Dimensionals.

The sentiment,”lots of love at Christmas,” is from the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set. Don’t you love the way it curves?

The flowers are from the Detailed Deer Die Set, and each was given a pearl for the center.

Thank you for visiting my blog.  I made two more cards with this color combo, which I’ll be sharing tomorrow. Have a wonderful day!
