Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is See How My Garden Grows. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My garden themed card will give you a sneak peek of products from the 2024-25 Annual Catalog, available May 1st. Along with a sneak peek, I’m using a current favorite, Textured Floral, available as a bundle, with a 10% discount. The Textured Floral stamp set and dies will be in the new catalog, but no longer sold as a bundle.
Let’s begin with the exciting, new, neutral color, Basic Beige, which I used for the card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. I layered it with a pattern of new, Country Lace Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″. Prior to gluing, I stamped the sentiment, “Birthday blooms for you,” from the Textured Floral Stamp Set. It was stamped in Crumb Cake Ink, which is a great combo with Basic Beige, because they both have green undertones.
The wreath was created with Encircled In Nature Dies, used to cut Basic Beige Cardstock and Very Vanilla Cardstock. This die set is available in Online Exclusives, and you can see the entire set in my Product List below.
The background for my photography is another pattern of County Lace Designer Paper. You’re going to want it!
Next, I stamped the Textured Floral flowers in Flirty Flamingo, and in two new 2024-26 In Colors, Pretty In Pink and Peach Pie. After cutting the flowers with their Textured Floral Die, and curling with my Bone Folder, I attached them with Dimensionals. I love the watercolored look of this flower!
The bow is from new, Beige Bordered Ribbon, which I frayed, and attached with Glue Dots. And, speaking of dots, I added a few, new, 2024-26 In Color Resin Dots.
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. Please mark your calendars for our next blog hop next month, when our theme will be Fun Family Occasions.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.
