I really enjoy die-cutting, and adding “thickness” to the images for dimension. I hope you find the following tips useful.
Step 1. Use a die to cut two images. In my example, I used “Christmas” with Gold Foil,
and Wild Wheat Cardstock. The colors should match as closely as possible. Lay the
images flat on your work space, and add pin dots of Liquid Glue to the die-cut that will
be the bottom layer. Place the top layer over the bottom layer, having it match as closely
as possible.
Step 2. Before the glue is set, lift the die-cuts in the air, and carefully mold the sides with
your fingers, for even edges.
Step 3. You can add even more dimension with an additional layer of paper. The
Peaceful Season Dies have a die that fits the word “Christmas” perfectly, and allows you
to raise it higher on Mini Dimensionals.
