Winter Meadow Designer Paper is a favorite in the Sept-Dec 2023 Mini Catalog, available Sept 6. Today’s card pairs it with two, different die sets.
I began cutting a 4 1/4″ X 1″ piece of Moody Mauve Cardstock, and gluing it to a pattern of Winter Meadow berries, 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″. Then, I used the largest Scalloped Contours Die for cutting.
Winter Meadow Noel
Next, I used the Cane Weave Embossing Folder to give the Moody Mauve strip texture, along with the bottom of the scalloped piece. After embossing, I glued it to a Pretty Peacock card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“NOEL” is from the Joy Of Noel die set, cut from Winter Meadow Designer Paper. I glued the letters on Vellum, cut with the third largest Scalloped Contours Die. I attached the Vellum by placing tiny bits of Dimensionals beneath the letters, NOEL, and it feels secure.

On this first day in September, are you wanting to cool off from summer heat? Let’s think about snow, when you want to wear mittens! These cute mittens are from the Celebrate With Tags Stamp Set, stamped in Misty Moonlight Ink, fussy cut, and placed on Dimensionals.
Next, I cut a background for the mittens from Beary Christmas Designer Paper, 3 1/2″ X 4 “. Before attaching the mittens, I cut Basic White Cardstock with two Stitched Shapes Dies, making a square frame.
Snow and Mittens
The card base is Thick Basic White Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, layered with another pattern of Beary Christmas Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″. Prior to attaching the mitten layer with Dimensionals, I taped a piece of Bordered Ribbon to the back, and added a bow to the front with a Glue Dot.
The sentiment, “Happy Holidays,” is from the Brightest Glow Stamp Set. I stamped it in Misty Moonlight Ink, used a Sending Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
The two stamp sets, and two die sets, I used are available now., and in my Product List below. The Beary Christmas DSP will be available Sept. 6.

Today’s card is a recreation of yesterday’s card, showing the possibilities are endless for this “quick & easy” design.
I began by Stamping “O Holy Night,” from the Night Divine Stamp Set, in VersaMark on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder, set it with the Heat Tool, and used the 9th largest Deckled Circles Die for cutting. It was backed with Joy Of Christmas Designer Paper, cut with the 8th largest Deckled Circles Die.
Nativity in Gold
Next, I cut the Night Divine nativity from Gold Foil, and glued the tips of the heads to the circle. Look at the nativity scene below. Isn’t the detail wonderful?
The sheet music background is Joy Of Christmas Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, glued to a Garden Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Finally, I added a star, cut from Gold Foil, with a Sentiment Silhouettes Die. When using this die, it cuts two stars at the same time; the middle and the outline. Isn’t it pretty?

Last week I shared my first card with the new, Night Divine Bundle. Today, I’m combining it with the Deckled Circles, because I love designing with circles, and this set has fourteen!
I began by Stamping “O Holy Night,” from the Night Divine Stamp Set, in Night of Navy Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I used the 9th largest Deckled Circles Die for cutting. It was backed with Masterfully Made Designer Paper, cut with the 8th largest Deckled Circles Die.

Next, I cut the Night Divine nativity from Thick Basic White Cardstock, and glued the tips of the heads to the circle.
After cutting, I attached the circle and nativity to the card front with Dimensionals. You could glue it flat for a super “quick & easy” card.
The night sky background is Beary Christmas Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Finally, I added a star, cut from the same Masterfully Made Designer Paper, with a Sentiment Silhouettes Die. When using this die, it cuts two stars at the same time; the middle and the outline. Isn’t it sweet?
While designing this card, I was playing around with different color combinations, and I will show you a third sneak peek tomorrow.

This week’s Global Design Project is a “rainbow” color challenge, and it’s always fun creating “rainbow” cards. I began by choosing six, rainbow colors of ink: Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight Granny Apple Green, Tahitian Tide, and Highland Heather.
Rainbows & Hearts
Next, I used Sponge Daubers with each color of ink, smoothing the color onto Basic White Cardstock, large enough to accommodate the heart die. The heart is a Radiating Stitches Die, an Online Exclusive, which is linked to my store in my Product List below. After cutting the hearts, I placed four hearts on Mini Dimensionals, and left two to be glued flat.
Once I decided the placement of the hearts, I stamped four rainbows, from the Just My Type Stamp Set, in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. I also stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set, and glued the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. The sentiment, “I hope your day is filled with sunshine and rainbows,” is wonderful, isn’t it?

For today’s Christmas card, I’ve used three, favorite carry-overs, that are currently available in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.
I began by cutting Basic White Cardstock, 3 5/8″ X 4 7/8″, with a Labels Aglow die. This die is unusual, because it cuts tiny holes in a circular pattern, rather than cutting the circle completely.
Brightest Glow Trees
Next, I used a smaller, Labels Aglow die to cut the center circle from Blueberry Bushel Cardstock, and glued it in place. Then, I glued the white cardstock to Azure Afternoon Cardstock, 3 3/4″ X 5″. Both layers were attached to a Night Of Navy card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, with Dimensionals.
The three Christmas trees were cut with a Reindeer Die from Garden Green and Old Olive Cardstock, and attached with Dimensionals. Aren’t they adorable? You can see the entire die set in my Product List below, and it coordinates with the Regal Reindeer Stamp Set.
Prior to all of the gluing, I stamped the sentiment in Night Of Navy Ink. “‘Tis the season” is from the Brightest Glow Stamp Set. This stamp set has fabulous sentiments for the holidays. No wonder it carried over!
