For today’s card I used a soft color palette with the Spring Blessings Stamp Set. I stamped the girls in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored them with Stampin’ Blends in five colors: Soft Sea Foam, Balmy Blue, Ivory, Daffodil Delight, and Crumb Cake. Then, I added detail to their dresses with stars stamped in Balmy Blue Ink, and flowers stamped in Soft Sea Foam Ink.
Spring Blessings
After the grass was stamped, I used the third smallest Deckled Rectangles Die for cutting the two girls, and placed them on Dimensionals.
The sentiment, “for a feeling-better kind of day,” is from the Sale-a-bration, Beautifully Happy Stamp Set. I stamped it in Memento Black Ink, and used the Double Oval Punch for cutting. See how the flowers from the Spring Blessing Stamp Set fit the oval perfectly? After stamping, coloring, and fussing cutting the flowers, I glued them to the punched oval, and attached the sentiment with Dimensionals. I made sure the girls could assist in holding it.
The background for the girls is Fancy Flora Designer Paper, cut with the largest Deckled Rectangles Die. And, the card base is Balmy Blue Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Get ready to order the Hello Irresistible Bundle, because it’s amazing! I couldn’t help but use the wonderful, circle, die-cut for this week’s sketch challenge. It was cut from a pattern of Hello Irresistible Designer Paper that coordinates with the stamp set and dies. Everything will be available March 1 as an “online exclusive,” a new Stampin’ Up! program.
Irresistible Circles
After cutting the largest circle (six snips to free it from being attached), I used Layering Circles Dies to cut the smaller circles. Both were cut from Hello Irresistible Designer Paper, and backed with Basic White Cardstock. The smallest circle (1 1/2″) was glued beneath the largest circle, and the medium circle (2″) was attached with Dimensions on top of both circles.
The sentiment, “hooray it’s your day” is from the Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set. I used the “Ink to stamp” technique for coloring it with a Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Write Marker. That’s right, Lost Lagoon! This color is in the Hello Irresistible Designer Paper, and we’ll be hearing more about possible “returning” colors on March 1! I used a Harvest Die for cutting, glued half on the circle, and the other half on a Dimensional.
For some sparkle, I added three Iridescent Rhinestones.

The Favored Flowers Designer Paper is wonderful, and a FREE Sale-a-bration item that is available until February 28, as long as supplies last. I designed three, “idea” cards that I’m sharing this week.
For the first design, I made use of the incomplete flowers along the border of the designer paper. I used a coordinating Fragrant Flowers Die, from the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog, to cut the flowers.
After die-cutting the flowers, I glued them to another pattern of Favored Flowers Designer Paper, 2 1/2″ X 4 1/2″. Then, I glued this to Basic Black Cardstock 1/8″ larger, giving it a 1/16″ border.
Cutting Edge
“Thanks” is from the Amazing Thanks Die Set, which I used to cut Thick Basic White Cardstock for the “bubble,” and Basic Black Cardstock for the word. Then, I glued it on top, with part of the “t” and “s” hanging over the edge.
Next, I glued the patterned paper with flowers to Basic White Cardstock (4″ X 5 1/4″), which I glued to a Basic Black card base (8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″).
For a final touch of sparkle, I added Iridescent Rhinestones. I love these, because they go with every color!

Today’s card began with a row of watercolored, die-cut shapes from Dainty Flowers Designer Paper. We’ve just heard this Sale-a-bration designer paper is no longer available. However, any colored paper would work with this design. And, it’s a good way to use scraps.
The label die is from the Harvest Die Set, a good size that enabled me to line up seven shapes across Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/2″ X 4″.
The tree branch was an afterthought, as I spied it among the Harvest Dies. I tried it in several colors, but liked white the best!
Row of Shapes
After gluing the seven shapes, I embossed the layer with with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. After embossing, I glued the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The sentiment, “thank you for your friendship,” is from the Cup Of Tea Stamp Set. I stamped it in Starry Sky Ink, used a Sending Die for cutting, and attached it with Mini Dimensionals.

Around The Bend Dies add unusual detail in a snap! I used the large, curved, die of leaves for today’s design.
Spring Flowers
Next, I used a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue Ink to color the top of the Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
After gluing the white, curved, die-cut to the card base, I used more Around The Bend Dies to cut the flowers. The So Saffron petals, and Petal Pink centers were cut from Subtles 6″ X 6″ Designer Paper, and the leaves were cut from Crumb Cake Cardstock. After gluing them together, I attached them with Dimensionals.
The sentiment, “Hoping this Spring brings you many blessings,” is from the Spring Blessings Stamp Set. I stamped it in Crumb Cake Ink, and used a Stitched Rectangles Die for cutting (2 1/4″ X 1″). I was delighted that this die was the right size, and matches the stitching on the curved die-cut.
The last detail was adding three, Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins, which is my “host code” gift this month. See below for info.

It’s back to Seaside Bay for today’s “thank you” card. The first thing I did was use a Seaside Bay Die to cut the Shorebird from By The Bay Designer Paper.
Strampin’ Up! excels in coordinating their products, making them so much fun to use! After cutting the bird, I cut a second one from cardstock, glued them together for thickness, and placed the bird on Dimensionals.
Shorebird Thank you Card
Next, for the sketch I had in mind, I cut two panels from By The Bay Designer Paper (2″ X 3 1/2″ and 1 1/4″ X 3 1/2″), and a third one from Basic White Cardstock ( 3 1/2″ X 1 1/4″). Then, I backed the three panels with By The Bay Designer Paper 1/8″ larger, giving them a 1/16″ border.
Before gluing the panels in place, I stamped the sentiment in Night Of Navy Ink. “Thank you for everything” is one of three sentiments in the Seaside Bay Stamp Set.
Finally, I attached the Shorebird, and added a Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearl. These pearls are gorgeous!
