Fitting Florets
Todays’ card was easily created, because I used a Framed Florets Die to cut the flowers from the Fitting Florets Designer Paper. I used the same die to cut Thick Basic White Cardstock, which adds thickness to the flowers when the two are glued together.

For the background, I used Basic White Cardstock, 3 1/2″ X 4 3/4″, embossed with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. It is layered on Fitting Florets Designer Paper, 4″ X 5 1/4″, which is layered on an Evening Evergreen card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Prior to embossing the top layer, I stamped the sentiment in Evening Evergreen Ink.
“Thank you with all my heart” is from the Framed Florets Stamp Set. The word “heart” made me think of the new Country Bouquet Punch, which I used to cut Fitting Florets Designer Paper. Then, I doubled the heart for thickness, and attached it with Dimemnsionals.

Doesn’t this heart “pack a punch?” I couldn’t resist the play on words in my title, because I created the heart with the Heart Punch Pack. There will be more photos of the heart punches below, and you can click on the item in my Product List.
Today’s card began with Basic White Cardstock cut with the largest Scalloped Contours Die.

Punched Heart
After cutting, I ran the cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Stitched Greenery Die. Then, I glued the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

The eye poppin’ heart was cut from Fancy Flora Designer Paper (available January 5, 2023), using the plain Heart Punch. The scalloped edge was created with the scalloped Heart Punch and Thick Basic White Cardstock. Yes, they come together in a pack, and it is available now.
After gluing the two pieces together, I attached the heart with Dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the Country Bouquet Stamp Set (available January 5, 2023). I stamped “I love that we are friends” in Memento Black Ink, used the smallest, Scalloped Contours Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
This could be a Valentine card, but I love hearts for all occasions.

First of all, Merry Christmas! I’m sticking with traditional, red and green for Christmas, however, this is a Valentine’s Day card. I’m already gearing up for Valentine’s Day, and Stampin’ Up! has a wonderful, new, suite for making valentines; Country Floral Lane. It will be available January 5, 2023.

Floating Hearts
I began today’s card with a current product, an Eden Die, which I used to cut Thick Basic White Cardstock. After cutting, I glued the garland to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Next, came the fun of using the Country Bouquet Punch to cut hearts and leaves from the Country Floral Lane Designer Paper. The picture shows how it is easily punched along a row. There are stamps in the Country Bouquet Stamp Set that also coordinate with the punch, so it will get much use.

After punching, I attached the hearts and leaves with Dimensionals. Don’t they look like they’re floating? I love this swooped heart!
“With love” is from the Country Bouquet Stamp Set, stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink.

I was inspired by TGIF, and HAD to use this new punch!

Last week I shared a sneak peek of the Ginkgo Stamp Set, and today I’m sharing a Ginkgo Die. This large die is fabulous, and I love how it looks cut from the new Fancy Flora Designer Paper. This designer paper took my breath away, when I first saw it at OnStage.

Fancy Flora Ginkgo Branch
For the background, I embossed Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, with the new Raindrops Embossing Folder.
The Raindrops Embossing Folder is my “Host Code Gift” for the month of December, and it makes great teardrops for sympathy cards. Only 7 more days in December, so place your order soon!
After embossing, I glued the layer to a Gray Granite card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

“With sympathy” is from the Ginkgo Branch Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink, cut with a Potted Succulents Die, and attached with Mini Dimensionals.
Everything that isn’t in my Product List below will be available January 5, 2023.

Today’s card is a “special order” for a customer who wants to welcome visitors to her beach house. The Seaside Bay Bundle is wonderful for this beach theme welcome, and will be available January 5, 2023. In the meantime, the fabulous, Seashells Embossing Folder can be ordered now!
I began by using the Seashells Embossing Folder to emboss Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, then covered the bottom half with By The Bay Designer Paper, 4″ X 2 1/2″. This designer paper will also be available in January.

Seashell Welcome
Next, I added a strip of Tear & Tape across the seam to adhere the Night Of Navy Bordered Ribbon. This ribbon is also a new product coming in January. You’ll love it! After securing the ribbon to the back, I glued the layer to a Sahara Sand card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

The focal point, shell, was cut from Basic White Cardstock with a Seaside Bay Die. This shell is extra special, because it folds in half. I brushed the edges with a Sponge Dauber and Sahara Sand Ink, and stamped “welcome” in Night Of Navy Ink. “Welcome” is from the Welcome Home Stamp Set, which can be ordered now.
After gluing the bottom half of the shell, and attaching the top half with Dimensionals, I added a beautiful, Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearl.

Celebrate With Tags is a great year-round bundle, but today I needed last minute tags for Christmas gifts, and combined it with Painted Christmas Designer Paper. Follow along to see how easily these tags were made.

Last Minute Tags
I began by cutting four tags from Painted Christmas Designer Paper (2 1/2″ X 6 1/2″) with a Celebrations Tag Die, already scored for easy folding. Stampin’ Up’s two-sided paper provides a pretty pattern inside and out.

To decorate two of the tag fronts, I stamped two mittens from the Celebrate With Tags Stamp Set; one in Real Red Ink and one in Soft Succulent Ink, After stamping, I used the Celebrations Tag Die for cutting, and attached them with Dimensionals. The other two tags were decorated with a deer from the Grove Die Set; one cut from Espresso Cardstock, and one from Soft Suede Cardstock.

For the inside of the tags, I cut for pieces of Basic White Cardstock using a Stitched Shapes Die, 2″ X 2″. Before gluing, I stamped “TO” and “FROM” in Evening Evergreen Ink. This is a Celebrate with Tags Stamp, which comes in one piece for easy stamping.
The tag die makes a hole, which simplifies attaching the tag to a gift. I chose retired, Real Red and Natural Braided Linen Trim to thread through the holes, but any twine or narrow ribbon would work.
