This week’s Global Design Project is a color challenge, using Highland Heather, Cloud Cover, and Lost Lagoon. I began using Branching Out Dies to cut pine branches from Beautiful Gallery Designer Paper (Lost lagoon), and 2025-2027 In Color Designer Paper (Cloud Cover). I also cut berries from Perennial Lavender DSP, and pinecones from Cloud Cover Cardstock.
Branching Out for Global Design Project
Next, I used the largest Branching Out Die to cut Perennial Lavender DSP, and the second Largest to cut 2025-2027 In Color DSP. These are the same papers I used for the smaller pieces. After gluing them together, I attached them with Dimensionals to a Highland Heather card base, 8 1/2′ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Then, I glued the branches, berries, and attached the pinecones with Dimensionals.
“Warmest Winter Wishes” is from the Delicate Pines Stamp Set. I stamped it in Highland Heather Ink on 2025-2027 In Color Dsp, and used a Textured Notes Die for cutting. Then, I attached it to the card front with Dimensionals. The final detail was adding three Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.

It doesn’t take much to turn the Brushed With Beauty Designer Paper into a pretty card. I began by cutting the designer paper 3 1/2″ X 4 3/4″, and gave it texture with the Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder. This looks, and feels, wonderful in person. Then, I framed the designer paper with Mossy Meadow Cardstock, cut 1/8″ larger, and glued it to a Very Vanilla card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Clean & Simple (CAS)
Next, I used Words Of Beauty Dies to cut “just” and “because” from Very Vanilla Cardstock. After layering for thickness, I glued them to the card front. This is the only thing that took a little time and patience.
To complete my “clean & simple” design, I added three, Antique Pearls.

Nests Of Winter has been a favorite designer paper for a while, and it makes wonderful Christmas cards. I began by fussy cutting the sweet bird, and using Stylish Shapes Dies to cut the square and circles from the designer paper. The green & white stripe was also cut from the designer paper, and glued in place. The bow is from a retired set, stamped in Garden Green, and cut with its die.
Nests of Winter
The background is Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, embossed with the Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder. Then, I glued the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. The square and circular frame were attached with Dimensionals, along with the bird.
“Merry” and “Christmas” are from the Jolly Holly Stamp Set. I stamped them in Garden Green Ink, and used a Stylish Shapes Die for cutting. “Merry” was glued in placed, and I attached “Christmas” with Dimensionals.

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month’s challenge is “Holly Jolly Christmas.”
If you haven’t discovered the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Suite, you should check it out in my Product List below. Pine branches and snowflakes are combined in a very creative way. I love how there are dies to cut images from the designer paper, like this large snowflake. Plus, I cut additional pine branches from Basic White Cardstock, and pinecones from Basic White Cardstock and Pecan Pie Cardstock.
Delicate Pines Snowflake
The background is Garden Green Cardstock, cut with the third largest Textured Notes Die, layered on Basic White Cardstock, cut with the second largest Textured Notes Die. These are layered on a Garden Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“Merry Christmas” is from the Jolly Holly Stamp Set, stamped in Pecan Pie Ink. I used a retired, Happy Little Things Die for cutting, and attached the label with Dimensionals. After attaching my centerpiece with Dimensionals, I added thee, Low Profile Sparkle Dots, and my Holly Jolly Christmas card was complete.

Welcome to the Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Fun Folds Blog Hop. There’s a lineup below to make it easy for you to hop along.
Let’s call this month’s Fun Fold a “diamond flap.” Peggy Noe shared it as “mystery stamping” during our monthly zoom meeting. I knew I couldn’t go wrong with the fabulous, Brushed With Beauty products, and began with a Petal Pink card base, 8 1/2″ X 4 1/4″, scored at 3″. Then, I cut a pattern of Brushed With Beauty Designer Paper, 2 3/4″ X 4″, and glued it to the front flap.
Diamond Flap Fun Fold
Next, I cut Petal Pink Cardstock 2 3/4″ X 2 3/4″, and Very Vanilla Cardstock, 2 1/2″ X 2 1/2″, and glued them together. To decorate the square I used a Petals Of Beauty Die to cut leaves from Brushed With Beauty DSP, and glued it to the square. I also stamped a Petals Of Beauty flower in Petal Pink on Basic White Cardstock, used a Petals Of Beauty Die for cutting, attached it with Dimensionals, and added three Pearls Of Beauty to the center. Then, I turned the square into a diamond, and attached it to the flap with Dimensionals, making sure the Dimensionals were on the left side of the diamond.
“It’s your birthday” is from the Words of Beauty Stamp Set. I stamped it in Mossy Meadow on Very Vanilla Cardstock, used its Words Of Beauty Die for Cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals.
For the inside, there is Very Vanilla Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″, stamped with “I think you’re amazing” in Mossy Meadow Ink. The petals were stamped in Petal Pink on Basic White Cardstock, cut with its Petals of Beauty Die, and glued in place. I hope you’ll have fun creating with this simple “diamond flap” design.

For this week’s Global Design Project, we get to CASE our designer, Cordula De. We’d love to see what you create, so please tag it with #gdp524 when you share it on social media.
It was such fun finding the elements to create a CASE of Cordula De’s design. I began with two, Petals of Beauty Stamps, stamping in Poppy Parade Ink and Granny Apple Green Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I used the second largest Textured Notes Die for cutting.
CASE the designer
Next, I used the same, Textured Notes Die to cut Pool Party Cardstock, which I embossed with the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder. Both layers were glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
The sentiment, “Many Thanks” is from the Gathering Moments Stamp Set. I stamped it in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used a Textured Notes Die for cutting. Prior to attaching the label with Dimensionals, I glued fern branches to the back. The fern branch was cut with a Beautiful Motifs Die from Pool Party Cardstock.
To make my design sparkle, I added three, Holographic Resin Dots, and brushed the red petals with Wink of Stella.
