Sneak Peek of Brushed With Beauty Suite Collection

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

Are you ready to see a sneak peek? I was able to pre-order the new Online Exclusives, and the Brushed With Beauty Suite Collection was at the top of my list. This suite is sure to be a favorite, and will be available November 4th.

The first thing I did was use a Spotlight On Nature Die (current product) to cut a gorgeous pattern of Brushed With Beauty Designer Paper. Then, I used a Petals Of Beauty Die to cut another pattern of the designer paper in Petal Pink, and layered both with cardstock for thickness.

Next, I used the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder, from the suite, to give texture to Very Vanilla Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″. This layer was glued to a Petal Pink card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Then, I glued the Petal Pink foliage, and attached the circle with Dimensionals.

The word “because” was created with two, Words Of Beauty Dies. I used Mossy Meadow Cardstock for the word, and backed it with Very Vanilla Cardstock. The “b” and “e” were glued to the circle, and the rest of the word was attached with Dimensionals. “It’s your birthday!” was stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock, and cut with a Words Of Beauty Die. It’s one of many sentiments in the Words Of Beauty Stamp Set. The suite come with Pearls Of Beauty, and I attached three of them to complete my “sneak peek.”

I was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches.

Peppermint for Christmas

For today’s card, I used the wonderful vine in the Beautiful Pumpkins Bundle, and I cut two from Garden Green Cardstock. That cute, little candy cane is from the More Than Autumn Stamp Set, which I stamped in Real Red Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and used its die for cutting.

The background is Basic White Cardstock, cut with the fourth largest, Branching Out Die, and framed it with the third largest, Branching Out Die. After  gluing the two together, I attached it with Dimensionals Peace to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Next, I glued the vines flat, and attached the candy canes with Dimensionals.

“Merry Christmas” is from the Jolly Holly Stamp Set. I stamped it in Garden Green Ink, used a retired die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals. As a last detail, I added Real Red & White Adhesive Backed Peppermints to go with the candy canes.

Season Of Elegance for Global Design Project

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

This week’s Global Design Project is an inspiring sketch challenge. See how our design team used the sketch. Then, we’d love to see your creation when you post it on social media. Be sure to tag it #gdp518.

Today’s card is featuring the beautiful, Season Of Elegance Specialty Designer Paper, flecked with gold. A vertical, Pretty Peacock piece was cut 2″ X 5 1/2″, and the smaller piece was cut 1 3/4″ X 3 1/4″. Both were backed with Season Of Elegance DSP in Old Olive, cut 1/8″ larger. The long, vertical piece was glued to a Lost Lagoon card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Prior to gluing, I embossed the right side of the card front with a Glass Embossing Folder. Then, I attached the smaller piece with Dimensionals.

Season Of Elegance

Next, I used a Scenic Adventures Die to cut the pair of trees from a Gold Foil Sheet, and glued them to the smaller piece. This smaller piece has a touch of gold, while the larger piece is the backside, without gold. You can get a close-up look at the paper by clicking on its picture in my product list below.

The word “merry” is from Merry Tags & More Dies, available to Paper Pumpkin subscribers. It was also cut from the Gold Foil Sheet, and I double-layered it on cardstock for thickness. The pretty, blue sparkles are from the Traditional Sparkling Sequins embellishment set. They are self-adhesive, without sequin “holes,” and nice and flat for mailing.

Today’s card was created with a favorite stamp set from the September-December 2025 Mini Catalog, A Child Is Born. I began with Season Of Elegance Designer Paper, which made a perfect canvas for stamping the nativity scene in Pecan Pie Ink. After stamping, I used the second largest Textured Notes Die for cutting.

By Su Mohr: Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! A Child Is Born

Next, I used the largest Textured Notes Die to cut Country Woods Designer Paper for layering. Then, I glued the two layers together, and glued them to a Crumb Cake card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. To complete the card, I used the heat embossing technique for the sentiment and stars. I stamped them in VersaMark, sprinkled them with Gold Embossing Powder, and set them with the Heat Tool.

I love this year’s nativity stamp set, A Child Is Born. It’s perfect for “clean & simple” cards.

Splendid Autumn for Stampin’ Fancy Friday

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month’s challenge is “Regals Challenge.”

The “Regals Collection” is the Stampin’ Up! name for  a group of deep, rich colors. These colors are displayed beautifully in Splendid Autumn Designer Paper, which I used for my design.

By Su Mohr for Stampin' Fancy Friday; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Splendid Autumn DSP, Beautiful Motifs Dies, Thankful Garden Dies, Branching Out Dies, Traditional Sparkling Sequins Gathering Leaves Embossing, Irregular Weave Trim; #splendidautumn #beautifulmotifs #thankfulgarden #branchingout #minialphabet #sparklingsequins #gatheringleaves #irregularweavetrim #fall #regals #stampinfancyfriday #handmadecards #cardmaking

Regals Fall

I used four dies, from three sets (Beautiful Motifs, Thankful Garden, and Branching Out), to cut leaves and foliage from Splendid Autumn Designer Paper.

The background is Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, given texture with the Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder. Prior to embossing, I added a touch of color with a Blending Brush and Old Olive Ink. I also fastened Irregular Weave Trim along the left side. Then, I glued the layer to an Olive Green card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

After arranging and gluing the leaves and foliage, I created the word “FALL” with the Mini Alphabet Die. I attached letter-sized pieces of Old Olive Cardstock to pieces of Foam Adhesive Sheets. Then, laying the die on top, I rolled the letters through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Don’t you love the added dimension?  To complete my design, a touch of sparkle was given with Traditional Sparkling Sequins.

Beautiful Pumpkins Easel Fold for Pals Blog Hop

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s theme is all about Acts of Kindness, Gratitude, and Thanksgiving! The Pals are here to inspire you with heartfelt card ideas and creative paper crafts made with Stampin’ Up! products. Be sure to visit each participant’s blog — you’ll find the full list at the end of this post so you can easily hop along and enjoy all the inspiration!

I love pumpkins for Thanksgiving cards, and the Beautiful Pumpkins Bundle was perfect for this month’s blog hop. I wanted to make a “special” card, and thought the “easel fold” would work for my idea. I began by stamping four pumpkins in Pumpkin Pie Ink, and the stalks in Mossy Meadow Ink. Then, I used their Beautiful Pumpkins Dies for cutting, and glued the stalks to the pumpkins.

By Su Mohr for the Pals Blog Hop; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Beautiful Pumpkins Bundle, Everyday Arches Dies, Country Woods DSP, Painterly Pears DSP, Gathering Moments Stamp Set; #beautifulpumpkins #everydayarches #painterlypears #countrywoods #thanksgivingcards #funfolds #palsbloghop #handmadecards #cardmaking #stampinup

Easel Fun Fold

To create the “easel fold,”  I cut 8 ½” X 11” Mossy Meadow Cardstock in two pieces: 4 ¼” X 11”.  After scoring and folding both at 5 ½”, I scored an additional 2 ¾” on piece #1, which is the front. Then I glued the 5 ½” side of piece #1 to the 5 ½” underside piece of #2. It should look like this:

Next, I used the fourth and sixth largest Everyday Arches Dies to cut the arch from Country Woods Designer Paper, backed with Mossy Meadow Cardstock for thickness. Prior to gluing the arch to the front of the card base, I cut Painterly Pears Designer Paper, 4″ X 2 1/2″, and glued it to the front. The sentiment, “Happy Thanksgiving,” is from a retired stamp set, Painted Pheasant. I stamped it in VersaMark on Mossy Meadow Cardstock, 2 1/4″ X 1 1/4″, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, set it with the Heat Too, and glued it in place. To complete the front, I used a Beautiful Pumpkins Die to cut two vines from Old Olive Cardstock, glued them to the arch, and attached one of the pumpkins on Dimensionals.

For the second panel, I used Mossy Meadow Ink to stamp six vines on Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/2″, three light, and three dark. After gluing the layer in place, I attached three pumpkins on Dimensionals. I made sure two pumpkins were seen from the closed card, and one was hidden.

The inside was created with the “left-over” piece from the arch on the front, 3 1/4″ X 4 3/4″. The center arch was cut with the fourth largest Everyday Arches Die from Basic White Cardstock. Prior to gluing, I stamped “Thankful for you” in Mossy Meadow Ink. This sentiment is from the Gathering Moments Stamp Set. I added another vine, cut from Mossy Meadow Cardstock, and my “easel fold” was complete.

The creativity doesn’t stop here! Be sure to hop along using the lineup below to explore even more inspiring projects from the Pals. And mark your calendar — next month, we’re spreading holiday cheer with our “Season’s Greetings” theme!
