It’s always fun using new products for the first time, and I love this combination of the Notes Of Spring stamp set and Forever Florals Dies. This stamp set was last month’s Product of the Month for only $5.00, and will be available as long as supplies last.

Notes Of Spring Doe
I began by using the largest Forever Florals die to cut Brushed With Beauty Designer Paper. Then, I glued it to a Basic Beige card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

Next, I stamped the doe in Early Espresso Ink on Basic Beige Cardstock, and used a second stamp with Crumb Cake Ink for coloring. This “two-step” stamping makes coloring very easy! After coloring, I used a Forever Florals Die for cutting. Then, I used a forever Florals die, a size larger, to cut Brushed with Beauty DSP, and glued them together. This was attached to the center of the card front with Dimensionals.

To complete the card, I stamped “Especially for you” in Early Espresso Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock. After cutting this Notes Of Spring sentiment with a Lovely Arrangements die, I attached it with Dimensionals. Finally, I added a branch, cut with a Forever Floral die, from Brushed With Beauty DSP, and I attached three, Antique Pearls.

Product of the Month ($5.00 with a $75.00 order).

This week’s Global Design Project is a color challenge, using Timid Tiger, Daffodil Delight, and Cloud Cover.

Help Me Grow “thanks”
I began by using Help Me Grow Dies to cut gardening tools from Cloud Cover Cardstock. Then, I stamped handles, using the Help Me Grow Stamp Set, in Timid Tiger Ink and Daffodil Delight Ink. Aren’t the floral handles cute? After stamping, I used their dies for cutting, and glued them to the tools. The clipper handles were cut from 2025-2027 In Color Designer Paper, and the tie for hanging was cut from Timid Tiger cardstock, snipped to make it go through the hole.

For the background, I used a Trusty Tools Die to cut Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. This “peg board” layer was glued to a Cloud Cover card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Then, I “hung” the tools with Dimensionals.

“Thanks” is from the Help Me Grow Stamp Set. I stamped it in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, used a Help Me Grow Die for cutting, and glued it in place. Just for fun, I added three, shiny “tacks.”

I hope you’ll be inspired by our designers, then create your own project, using these colors. And, remember to tag it #gdp541.

Who are the Piccadilli Players? We are 2024 Artisan Design Team Members who wanted to keep our group together for quarterly Instagram hops. This quarter our theme is “Make it Masculine.” Go to Instagram to see the complete line-up, which posted yesterday, March 27.

A Rainbow Of Thanks has wonderful patterns that can be used with, or without, paint brushes. And, you get to choose the color combinations! I chose Poppy Parade, Timid Tiger, and Crushed Curry. thinking they would appeal to a guy. What do you think?

A Rainbow Of Thanks
I began with Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, and stamped the circular pattern and dots in the three colors. Then, I stamped the sentiment, “A Rainbow of Thanks,” in Memento Black Ink.
Next, I stamped the three colors in the wide, medium, and narrow strips, and used a Fragrant Layers sentiment die for cutting. Then, I attached the srips with Dimensionals, as shown.
After gluing the layer to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, I added 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls.

Welcome to the Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Fun Folds Blog Hop. There’s a lineup below to make it easy for you to hop along.
How cute are these chocolate Easter bunnies from the Easter Basket Bundle! The arch- shaped card base makes this a fun fold, so let’s start there. To create the card base, I lined up the largest, Everyday Arches die just over the fold of a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Then, I used the third largest Everyday Arches die to cut Basic White Cardstock, which I colored with Balmy Blue Ink and a Blending Brush. Before gluing the layer to the card base, I stamped “Happy Easter,” from the Easter Basket Stamp Set, in Balmy Blue Ink.

Chocolate Bunnies
Next, I used Easter Basket Dies to cut the basket from Thick Basic White Cardstock. The set comes with a die that cuts tiny strips of cardstock to weave through the basket, which I cut from Lemon Lolly and Pretty In Pink. They are held in place by Dimensionals on the back.

The scalloped edge on the basket was cut from Basic White Cardstock, and the bow was cut from Lemon Lolly Cardstock, and both were glued flat. I stamped the bunnies in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored them with a Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blend. The eggs were stamped in Balmy Blue Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and colored with Lemon Lolly and Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends. To complete the card, I arranged the bunnies and eggs with tiny dots of glue, and attached the entire piece with more Dimensionals.

For this week’s Global Design Project, we get to CASE (copy and selectively edit) a beautiful design by Monique De Kok. We’d love to see what you create, so please share it on social media, and tag it #gdp540.
I began with a Bubble Bath card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, layered with Basic White Cardstock , 3 7/8″ X 5 1/8″. Prior to gluing the layer to the card base, I embossed it with the Paradise Garden Embossing Folder.

Paradise Garden CASE
Next, I used Soft Sea Foam Ink to stamp Paradise Garden leaves on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I used a Paradise Garden Die to cut the leaves, as well as leaves from Vellum.

After gluing the leaves in place, I stamped Paradise Garden flowers in Bubble Bath Ink, used their Paradise Garden Die for cutting, and attached them with Dimensionals. The stamens were cut with a Simply Beautiful Die from Basic Black Cardstock, and glued in place.

“Thinking of you” is from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped it in VersaMark on Basic Black Cardstock, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and set it with the Heat Tool. Then, I used its Wonderful Thoughts Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals. The final step was adding three, Iridescent Pearls.

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Design Team is a group of past and continuing Artisans, bringing our followers a fancy monthly challenge for inspiration. This month it’s a “Blooming Florals” challenge.

I began with a Cloud Cover card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. This was layered with Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. Before gluing to the card base, I added a 1″ by 5 1/4″ strip of Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper to the left side. Then, I used a Petals Of Beauty Die to cut the branch of leaves from Lovely Blossoms Designer Paper; once from an Old Olive pattern, and once from a Cloud Cover pattern. After gluing the Old Olive branch to the card front, I used the Cloud Cover “cut-outs” to fill in the leaves. This paper piecing technique is really fun, and the Take Your Pick Tool makes it much easier.

Lovely Blossoms
Next, I used a Petal Of Beauty Die to cut three flowers from Thick Basic White Cardstock. The stamens were cut with a Simply Beautiful Die from Lovely Patterns Designer Paper in a Secret Sea pattern. After gluing the stamens to the flowers, I attached them with Mini Dimensionals.

The sentiment, “you help me grow,” is from the Help Me Grow Stamp Set. I stamped it in Secret Sea Ink, and my card was complete.
