One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Paper gives us this scene of Grandmother’s house. Can you see her red house, and the river beneath the bridge?
The woods were created with a Grove Die, and another piece of One Horse Open Sleigh Designer paper, 5″ X 3 3/8″. The two were glued together, layered on Pool Party Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″, which was layered on a Mossy Meadow card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
Grandmother’s House
All it needed was a sentiment, which I found in the Saint Nicholas Stamp Set. “With joy, peace & love” was stamped in Cherry Cobbler Ink on Basic White Cardstock. I used a Sending Die for cutting, and glued it in place. I love how beautiful designer paper makes quick & easy cards!

One of my favorite carry-overs is the Regal Reindeer Stamp Set and Reindeer Dies. The One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Paper (5 1/4″ X 4″) offers a nice background for this sweet scene. And, I used the DSP to decorate the envelope flap. The card base is Lost Lagoon, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
A Gift
Go Go (that’s me) and Pa Pa (my husband) were babysitting last week, and I can imagine that this little “stamped” child is our granddaughter, Lily.
I stamped the child and reindeer in Early Espresso Ink on Basic White Cardstock. They were colored with four colors of Stampin’ Blends: Crumb Cake, Pool Party, Ivory, and Real Red.
Next, I used their Reindeer Dies for cutting. After adding an additional layer for thickness, I glued them in place.
“Merry Christmas” is from the Regal Reindeer Stamp Set, stamped in Early Espresso Ink. I love the font, and have used this sentiment on many cards.

Have you seen the new, Art & Texture Stamp Set in Online Exclusives? The stamps are perfect for #simplestamping. That means you can simply use stamps, ink, and paper; although, I did add a little extra on today’s card.
I began by using a texture stamp to stamp five colors of ink across Basic White Cardstock (5 1/4″ X 4″): Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Pool Party, and Highland Heather. After inking the stamp, I first stamped on scratch paper, to make the second time of stamping on my project a lighter shade. This is called “stamping off.”
I “stamped off” each color two times, and cleaned the stamp before moving to the next color.
Next, I stamped two hearts and sentiment, from the Country Bouquet Stamp Set (2023-2024 Annual Catalog), in Memento Black Ink.
Of Art & Texture
To complete my card, I used the second largest Deckled Rectangles Die for cutting, and attached the layer with Dimensionals to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Pretty simple, huh?
I couldn’t resist adding 2022-2024 In Color Matte Dots in coordinating colors.

The Beary Christmas Designer Paper has the cutest bears, and I just had to say, “Beary Christmas.”
I love alphabet dies, because you can say what you need to say! Here’s a sneak peek of the new, Mini Alphabet Dies, coming in the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog.
Beary Christmas
This die set is different, because it cuts the entire alphabet with one trip through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. There are duplicates of the letters used most frequently, so I was able to cut “Beary Christmas” from one piece of Balmy Blue Cardstock, 3 1/4″ X 5 1/2″. I did cut the letters a second time though, so I could layer the letters for thickness.
The background for my letters is a wonderful pattern of Beary Christmas Designer Paper, 5 1/4″ X 4″, glued to a Thick Basic White card base. I love the whimsical feel of the letters, don’t you?
I used another pattern of Beary Christmas DSP to decorate the envelope flap of our Basic White Medium Envelope. It’s easy to cut a 5 3/4″ X 2 1/4″ piece of DSP, glue it to the flap, and trim the excess with Paper Snips, using the flap as a template.

Are you ready for a quick & easy Christmas card?
Begin with a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Layer the card base with Basic White Cardstock, cut with the largest Deckled Rectangles Die. Before gluing the layer to the card base, emboss it with the Snowflake Sky Embossing Folder.
In case you’re wondering, this embossing folder is carrying over, so it will be around for a while. Yay!
Stenciled Pine Boughs
Next, use a Joy Of Noel Die to cut a pine frond from Vellum Cardstock, approximately 3″ X 3″. The “cut-out” space makes a stencil for you to add Granny Apple Green Ink to Basic White Cardstock, cut with the third largest Deckled Rectangles Die.
Use a Small Blending Brush, stroking in one direction, so the frond stays in place, until moving it to the next location.
Use a second, Joy Of Noel Die, to cut thee Real Red Cardstock berries, glue them in place, and attach the layer with Dimensionals.
The sentiment, “many merry thoughts & wishes,” is from the Saint Nicholas Stamp Set. I stamped it in Real Red Ink, used a Sending Die for cutting, attached it with Dimensionals, and my “quick & easy” card was complete.

As soon as I saw the sketch (below), I knew I would be using the “online exclusive” stamp set, Simply Sparkling. I created the bubbles with one of my favorite techniques, stenciling.
Extra Bubbly
First, I cut three squares of Vellum, 3″ X 3″, from which I cut three circles, using Stylish Shapes Dies in three sizes. The “see through” Vellum allowed me to see where I was placing the overlapping bubbles.
The bubbles were stamped in Pool Party Ink on Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. I used a Small Blending Brush to apply the ink, in a circular motion. Then, I glued this layer to a Bubble Bath card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
For the sentiment, I stamped “extra bubbly” in Pool Party Ink on one of the large bubbles. And, “happy birthday” was stamped in Memento Black Ink, which was cut with the medium Stylish Shapes Die. Beneath “birthday wishes” is a strip of Basic White Cardstock, 3 7/8″ X 7/8″, stamped with Bubble Bath bubbles, glued to Bubble Bath Cardstock, 4″ X 1″.
The stamped bubbles and words are from the Simply Sparkling Stamp Set, and the strip and circle are attached with Dimensionals.
A bit more sparkle was added with Pastel Adhesive-backed Sequins.
