This week’s Global Design Project is a theme challenge, Autumn/Fall. What a perfect time to show you the Apple Harvest Stamp Set with its new, exclusive, Apple Blossoms Dies! I began by stamping the branch of apples and leaves in Early Espresso Ink on Crumb Cake Cardstock. Then, I used its Apple Blossoms Die for cutting, and colored with Stampin’ Up Watercolor pencils. I colored in a small circular motion, without water, using Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Cherry Cobbler, and Early Espresso.
Apple Harvest Thanks
The background was created with a Split Card Textures Die and Crumb Cake Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″. This was glued to a Crumb Cake card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“Thanks” was cut with two Amazing Thanks Dies; the bubble was cut from Early Espresso Cardstock, and the word was cut from Crumb Cake Cardstock. After gluing “thanks” flat, I raised the branch of apples on Dimensionals, and my Apple Harvest card was complete.

This week’s Global Design Project is a sketch challenge, and a perfect opportunity for me to show you two, FREE, Sale-a-bration items.
The first Sale-a-bration item is the Rings Of Love Designer Paper. It has a fabulous pattern of homes, which is great for congratulating someone on a new home. The houses can be fussy cut, or cropped with a die, like this Painted Label Die that I used for today’s card. You can see all of the patterns in my Product List below.
New Home
The background was created with the Dots & Spots Die, which is also a FREE Sale-a-bration item. You’ll see the Dots & Spots Die is $32.00 in my Product List below, but it’s $00.00 when you place a $100 order. Sale-a-bration ends in three days, August 31, so don’t delay!
After cutting the holes, I glued the Basic White Cardstock, 4″ X 5 1/4″, to a Mint Macaron card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.
“Congratulations” is from the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink, cut with its Sentiment Silhouettes Die, and attached with Dimensionals.
To complete the sketch, I added three Iridescent Rhinestones. I love how they go with everything, don’t you?

This week’s Global Design Project is a color challenge, using Pool Party, Flirty Flamingo and Tahitian Tide. The colors made me think of apple blossoms against a blue sky, and I was excited to give you a sneak peek of a new die set, Apple Blossoms Dies, that will be available in September.
Apple Blossoms
The dies coordinate with the Apple Harvest Stamp Set from the 2022 July-December Mini Catalog that is available now, which you can see in my Product List below. Beginning September, the dies can be ordered (#160255), or in a bundle for a 10% savings (#162526).
I began by using an Apple Blossom Die to give scalloped sides to Basic White Cardstock, 3 1/4″ X 5 1/2″. Then, I used a Blending Brush with Tahitian Tide Ink to create the sky for a background.
Next I used Apple Blossom Dies to cut two branches from Soft Suede Cardstock, seven leaves from Pool Party Cardstock, three blossoms from Basic White Cardstock, and three blossom centers from Flirty Flamingo Cardstock.
After gluing everything in place, I stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede Ink on Basic White Cardstock, used another Apple Blossom Die for cutting, and attached it with Mini Dimensionals. “The greatest gift is a good friend” is one of three sentiments in the Apple Harvest Stamp Set. Don’t you love it?
For a bit of embellishment, I placed Iridescent Pearls in the center of the blossoms.

This week’s Global Design Project is to CASE Emma Goddard, and I love her color combination. I’m excited to see how the other designers were inspired by Emma; won’t you join in the fun?
Today’s project began with a Balmy Blue card base (8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″) layered with Basic White Cardstock (4″ X 5 1/4″).
To create the circle, I made a template with Basic White Cardstock, cutting a circle with the largest Layering Circles Die. Then, I used a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue Ink to color the circle on the layer beneath it.
Geraniums in a cup
Next, I used four Geranium Dies to cut the leaves and stems from Granny Apple Green and Parakeet Party cardstocks, and the flowers from Melon Mambo and Polished Pink cardstocks.
The geraniums needed a place to grow, and I found a white tea cup, created with two Tea Cup Dies and Basic White Cardstock.
The sentiment is from the Cup Of Tea Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink. I was able to form the curve by molding the polymer stamp, to the shape of the circle, on the lid of the Stamparatus.

This week’s Global Design Project is “animals,” so I created with my favorite animals of the season from the Regal Reindeer Bundle. The reindeer and bunny are encircled in a garland of Cottage Gingham Designer Paper, cut with an Eden Die.
Christmas Friends
I stamped the reindeer and bunny in Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock, and cut them with their Reindeer Dies. Then I used Stampin’ Blends for coloring in four colors: Crumb Cake, Real Red, Bronze, and Gray Granite.
Before attaching the animals with Dimensionals, I completed the card base of Thick Basic White Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. First, I stamped “Merry Christmas” in Real Red Ink, the lines in the snow with Memento Black Ink, and glued the garland in place.
Last, I stamped the stars in Garden Green Ink, and added a Brushed Metallic Cardstock star, cut with a Reindeer Die.

Global Design Project is beginning the month with a sketch challenge, and I have the perfect Tailor Made Tags Dies. There are two styles in the set, and I made a frame from one of the larger tags by cutting the middle with a Stitched Rectangles Die. I used In Color 6″ X 6″ Designer Paper in Evening Evergreen, backed it with Soft Succulent Cardstock for sturdiness, and placed it on Dimensionals. A bow of Linen Thread was tied through the hole at the top.
Perched on a Tag
The star of the show is the darling bird from the Perched In A Tree Stamp Set. I stamped her in Early Espresso Ink On Basic White Cardstock, and used her Aspen Trees Die for cutting. The stamps and dies come in a bundle for a 10% savings, which you can see in my Product List below.
After cutting, she was easy to color with Light and Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. She is attached with Dimensionals, but her feet are glued.
The sentiment, “Let Heaven and nature sing,” is also from the Perched In A Tree Stamp Set, stamped in Evening Evergreen Ink on Basic White Cardstock. After stamping, I cut the sentiment by hand, and glued it on the tag.
The background is a beautiful, pinecone, pattern of Painted Christmas Designer Paper, cut with the second largest Stictched Rectangles Die. This is layered on Soft Succulent Cardstock, cut with the largest Stitched Rectangles Die. The card base is Evening Evergreen Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4/14.
