The Feathered Fun Stamp Set is one of my favorites in the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. The birds can be used in so many creative ways! Check out the complete set in my Product List below. For today’s card, I heat embossed a pair of birds on designer paper.

Heat Embossed Birds

I began with Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper, 5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″, and trimmed the top and bottom with two, different, Fancy Borders Dies. FYI: I just saw that Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper is on the “low inventory” list.

Next, I stamped the birds in Versamark in the center of the pattern, sprinkled them with White Embossing Powder, and set them with the Heat Tool. This layer was glued to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

The sentiment, “You’re wonderful. You’re loved, You matter,” is from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. I stamped it in Mossy Meadow Ink on the designer paper (cut from the bottom), and used a Wonderful Thoughts Die for cutting. After cutting, I layered it for thickness, and glued it to the card front.

To complete the design, I added three, white, Neutral Matte Dots.

A second Feathered Fun card.

It’s always exciting to see Stampin’ Up!’s new “In Colors.” They were displayed beautifully in the Celebratory Sips Designer Paper, and I had fun cutting out refreshing drinks. The drinks are: Darling Duckling, Timid Tiger, and Strawberry Slush with a Cloud Cover umbrella. They are sitting on an oval “tray,” created with Cloud Cover Cardstock and a fabulous, Impressions Abloom Die.

2025-2027 In Colors

The background is a Thick Basic White card base, 4 1/4″ X 8 1/2″, folded at 5 1/2″, creating a vertical opening. I used the Damask Designs Embossing Folder to make a “tablecloth.”

“It’s your day” and “let’s celebrate” are from the Cheers & Sips Stamp Set. I stamped them in the fifth, “In Color,” Secret Sea, on Basic White Cardstock. Then, I used the smallest Stylish Shapes Die for cutting, and attached them with Dimensionals.

Flowers for Pals Blog Hop

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month’s theme is “Flowers in Bloom.” The Pals hope to inspire you with card ideas and paper craft creations using Stampin’ Up! products. Links to the Pals’ blogs are at the end of each post to help you “hop” along!

For this month’s flower theme, I wanted to show off two, new, 2025-2027 In Colors, Timid Tiger and Strawberry Slush. The flowers are featured in the wonderful, Celebratory Sips Designer Paper, as well as the die-cuts. I began by cutting the designer paper 5 1/2″ X 4″, and gluing it to a Thick Basic White card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Then, I used a Fancy Borders Die to cut two sections of Basic White Cardstock, which I glued on the top, and bottom, of the card front. Prior to gluing the top section, I used one of the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folders to give it texture.

By Su Mohr for Pals Blog Hop; Click aromasandart.com to go to my blog for details! Featuring: Celebratory DSP, Blooming Phrases Stamp Set, Glass & Gardens Embossing Folders, Fancy Borders Dies, Happy Hibiscus Dies, 2025-2027 In Colors; #celebratorysips #bloomingphrases #fancyborders #glass&gardensembossing #happyhibiscus #2025-2027incolors

Fancy Borders Flowers

The three flowers were cut with Happy Hibiscus Dies from three colors of cardstock: Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger, and Bubble Bath. The leaves were created with a Fancy Borders Die and Old Olive Cardstock. After gluing the leaves to the flowers, I attached them with Mini Dimensionals, and added 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls to the centers.

“Hello there,” is from the Blooming Phrases Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink. I wasn’t thinking, or I would have used the new, Secret Sea In Color. Don’t you love the font in this set? Be sure to click on the picture in my Product List below to see all of the sentiments.

Woven Textures for Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s theme is “Male Room.” The Pals hope to inspire you with their masculine card ideas and paper craft creations using Stampin’ Up! products. Links to the participant’s blogs can be found at the end of each post to help you “hop” along!

The Woven Textures Designer Paper is amazing, and perfect for masculine cards.

By Su Mohr for the Pals Blog Hop; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Woven Textures DSP, Textured Designs, Spotlight On Nature, Crafting With You, Textured Dots, Wanted To Say Dies; #woventextures #wantedtosay #texturednotes #spotlightonnature #masculine #birthdaycards #scissors #handmadecards #handcrafted #diy #cardmaking #papercrafting #stampinup #palsbloghop #sumohr

Woven Textures

The first thing I did was cut the “straw mat” from the center of one of the patterns, using a Spotlight On Nature Die. Then, I used the largest Textured Notes Die to cut Basic White Cardstock to layer on the Gray Granite card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″. Before gluing, I stamped a branch, from the Textured Notes Stamp Set, in Gray Granite Ink on the Basic White Cardstock layer.

Next, I used Wanted to Say Dies to cut “Happy Birthday” from Thick Basic White Cardstock. Then, I cut the backing from Woven Textures Designer Paper, glued them together, and attached the words with Dimensionals.

How do like the miniature scissors? They were cut with Crafting with You Dies from Silver Foil and Basic Black Cardstock. I love how realistic they are! They are cutting leaves that I stamped in Early Espresso Ink on Woven Textures Designer Paper. As a final touch, I added three Adhesive Backed Textured Dots, and my masculine birthday card was complete.

Thank you for visiting. See you next time!

Everyday Arches for Pals Blog Hop

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s theme is “Birthday Celebrations.” The Pals hope to inspire you with card ideas and paper craft creations using Stampin’ Up! products. Links to the participant’s blogs can be found at the end of each post to help you “hop” along!

I had fun using the Everyday Arches Bundle for today’s birthday card.

By Su Mohr for the Pals Blog Hop; Everyday Arches, Floral Delight, Delightful Wishes, Floral & Gingham Vellum; #everydayarches #arches #floraldelight #floralandginghamvellum #palsbloghop #birthdaycards #delightfulwishes #handmadecards #handcrafted #diy #cardmaking #papercrafting #stampinup #sumohr

Arch Shaped Birthday Card

I began with a card base of Thick Basic White Cardstock, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″, which I ran through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, with the largest Everyday Arches Die. I placed the die as close to the edge as possible, without cutting the fold. Then, I used the second largest Everyday Arches Die to cut Floral Vellum, and glued it in place.

Next, I used the fifth largest Everyday Arches Die to cut Basic White Cardstock, and glued it in middle of the card front. Then, I used the sixth largest Everyday Arches Dies to cut Gingham Vellum, along with Basic White Cardstock for backing. Prior to gluing, I stamped “Happy Birthday” in Old Olive Ink, and let it dry overnight, because it smears easily if it isn’t dry. This sentiment is from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set, which I chose for the font.

The three flowers were cut from the Floral Vellum with a Delightful Wishes Die. Then, I attached the flowers with Dimensionals, and added Rainbow Dots.

For the inside, I used the second largest Everyday Arches Die to cut Basic White Cardstock. Before Gluing it in place, I stamped “you are simply fantastic” In Pool Party Ink. This is one of the fun, arched, sentiments in the Everyday Arches Stamp Set. I also stamped a flower from the Delightful Wishes Stamp Set in Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight Inks. The envelope flap was decorated with Floral Delight Designer Paper.

We have more inspiration to share, so use the lineup below to visit each team member’s page for fresh ideas, unique styles, and endless inspiration. And get ready—next month, we’re designing for “The Male Room” theme, where we’ll be making cards for the men in our lives.

Layers Of Beauty Heart

To see photos correctly, please click “read on blog.”

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month’s theme is “The Language of Love.” We hope our creations inspire you today! The lineup at the end of my post will help guide you to all the Pals participating today.

I hope that today’s card “makes your heart smile,” and you feel the love. I began by coloring Basic White Cardstock with Blending Brushes and three colors of ink: Pretty In Pink, Poppy Parade, and Flirty Flamingo. Then, I stamped the large, Layers Of Beauty stamp, in Memento Black Ink on top of the blended colors. After stamping, I used the second largest, Hearts Of Elegance Die, for cutting, and placed it on Dimensionals. Don’t you love the detailed edge of this heart?

By Su Mohr; Click aromasandart.com to go to my website for details! Featuring: Layers Of Beauty Stamp Set, Delicate Forest Dies, Hearts Of Elegance Dies, Layered Florals Embossing Folder; #layersofbeauty #delicateforest #heartsofelegance #layeredflorals #hearts #valentines #versamark #heatembossing #handmadecards #handcrafted #diy #cardmaking #papercrafting #stampinup #sumohr #artisanalumni

Layers Of Beauty

Next, I created the background with Basic White Cardstock, 5 1/4″ X 4″, embossed with the Layered Florals Embossing Folder. This was glued to a Pretty In Pink card base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″.

The sentiment, “You make my heart smile,” is from the Layers Of Beauty Stamp Set. I stamped it in VersaMark on Basic Black Cardstock, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and set it with the Heat Tool. Then, I used a Delicate Forest Die for cutting, and attached it with Dimensionals. I put two Dimensionals under “smile,” because of the raised heart, to keep the label even. As a final touch, I attached three, pink, Rainbow Dots.

Thank you for stopping by.
